We offer you a turnkey process, whereby we assist you every step of the way with the selection of your stand,
the architectural design and placement on your stand and the formulating of your required specifications, to
getting you the best possible quote from our nominated builders and ensuring you are completely satisfied
every step of the way.
Purchasing a stand:
To secure a stand you will require a 20% deposit which is payable as soon as your offer has been accepted.
This must be placed in the conveyancing attorneys Trust account, with interest accruing to you.
The balance of the purchase price is to be secured in cash or bank guarantee within 30 days of acceptance
of your offer. You will be liable for all costs of transfer, being Transfer Duty, Conveyancing Fees and Bond
Registration costs (if applicable)
Once the stand is transferred into your name, you will be liable for Rates, Taxes and Levies.
The levies on a vacant stand is R3320.00 per month which reduces to R2,000.00 p/m once the building
contract is signed.
Transfer Duty is calculated as follows:

Building at Harbour Town:
If you purchase a re-sale stand you will be required to build straight away after transfer of your stand into
your name. You would be required to sign a building contract with one of Harbour Town’s nominated
builders once a house plan has been designed for you, by one of the Estate Architects and an acceptable
costing has been obtained from the nominated building companies. Once a building contract is signed, final
working drawings are obtained from the architect and sent to Council for approval. You would be required
to pay a 10% deposit of the building contract value at this point and arrange for the finance from the bank
or financial facilitator.
The whole process takes between 6 and 9 months where after you take possession and occupation of your
new home.
