Minutes of Previous Meeting Expected Action: The committee will review the minutes from the previous meeting and either approve as presented or amend and approve as amended. Public comments on items not on the agenda and within the purview of the MMAC. California law does not allow this Committee to discuss items that are not on the agenda but the Committee may place items that arise from the audience on a future agenda. Public Safety in McKinleyville The McMac will hear an update on activity in McKinleyville. Information item, no action expected. Public Works Director Tom Mattson a. Update on Central Avenue Information Item, no action expected. b. ATP grant application for a possible project McKinleyville Avenue to Gassaway Road Information item, no action expected. c. Request recommendations for future projects The McMAC may offer recommendations on future projects. d. Prioritization of undergrounding projects The McMAC may offer locations for undergrounding. Rezoning of parcels from residential to multi‐family designations. Michael Richardson, Humboldt County Planning Department, will present two parcels that have owner requests to be rezoned as part of the Humboldt County Housing Element Phase Two Program to multi‐ family designations. Humboldt County Measure Z Committee Report Helen Edwards, Supervisor Ryan Sundberg’s appointee to the Measure Z Advisory Committee will provide an update on progress toward a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors. Information Item, no actions expected. 10. Committee Member Reports: Members of the McMac may report on items of interest. Information only, no action will be taken. 11.
