JuCad - The Original
JuCad is a German success story in golf technology. For 35 years the company JUTEC
Biegesysteme GmbH, based in Limburg/Germany is prevailing internationally with their
luxury golf trolley brand JuCad. With increasing success on the golf market, the globally
acting enterprise JUTEC is relying on elaborate craftsmanship and highest quality
standards – handmade in Germany.
Its beginnings were based on the passion for golf of the company founder Werner Jungmann.
Many years of experience in bending technology were decisive for the creation of the elegant
and compact, yet functional folding golf trolleys with 3-spoke rims. An ingenious form and
shape in combination with a unique and timeless design, distilled to its absolute essentials,
still characterize the unique JuCad product concept today.
The internationally successful family owned firm has been led for many years by the second
generation owners, daughter Kira Jung and her husband Jörg Jung. With cutting-edge golf
trolleys and golf bags, JuCad keeps setting new benchmarks in the golfing business.
On the technical side back in 1998, the graduated engineer Jörg Jung developed the control
and drive concept of the then world‘s first electric stainless steel golf trolley with a stealth
like drive technology, the model JuCad Drive. Neither motors, battery nor cables were visible,
which back then was an absolute novelty and represented a virtual revolution in the golf
trolley market. On the other hand the innovative strength of the brand JuCad in terms of
design, marketing and communication has been in the creative hands of Kira Jung. For
example JuCad has been the first manufacturer to offer their customers a personal trolley
configurator bringing an unprecedented range of colors onto the fairways. Offering a
multitude of options between models, features and colors to customize your personal trolley,
as well as a vast range of functional golf bags and practical golf accessories JuCad is
recognized worldwide as a state-of-the-art market leader.
Today more than 80 dedicated staff members are contributing to JuCad’s success in three
production sites in the historic city of Limburg in the state of Hessia (Germany). Their many
years of experience, motivation and passion for the company and product have been essential
to the success of the JuCad brand. All JuCad golf trolleys are designed and manufactured in
Germany, using the purest high tech materials such as titanium, stainless steel and carbon.

For 35 years we are producing successfully JUTEC bending systems for the air- and
spacecraft industry, plant construction and automotive applications and we are passionate
about the production of our JuCad golf trolleys with a deep vertical range of manufacture.
100% of all turned and milled parts on our exclusive JuCad trolleys are produced on our
own modern CNC machineries. Mechanical engineering with profound competence and a
huge experience is our origin. For our trolleys we combine modern mechanical precision for
persisting quality with sensitive and highly professional handicraft. From golfers for golfers
we manufacture longlasting golf products in unique value-added depth, with love and
passion for the detail.

teeth arrestment is adjustable to suit every
individual.

3. The JuCad remote control adds to the
fun of use – the trolley can be controlled at
any time either by the stepless turning control
on the handle or with the clearly layed-out
remote control for movement in any direction.
Your golf equipment is therefore always at
the right place sparing you unnecessary
walking. Every JuCad remote control has its
own unique transmission code to prevent
misdirection – beyond the transmission range
the trolley will come to an automatic halt.
The JuCad remote control is an optional extra
for all JuCad electric trolleys.

4. All JuCad electric trolleys come with a very
compact JuCad Powerpack and a small handy
charger. The extra light Powerpack weighs only
1.5 kg / 3.3 lb and is securely protected inside
the golf bag to guarantee its long service life. It
contains a secure high-performance lithium battery
(1 kg / 2.2 lb) with an endurance of up to 45 golf
holes as well as the intelligent electronics. The
JuCad Powerpack is certified according to the UN
transportation test BU-2013-000559-UN and complies with all legal transport and safety regulations.
5. Powerlock – the JuCad Powerlock system with
hinged lever allows simultaneous fixing of handle
bar and upper bag support, adapting to any height
of golfer and golf bag.

a new JuCad trolley you can opt for an additional
parking brake for security even on extremely steep
terrains. The JuCad parking brake guarantees a
100 percent safe stand for the trolley.
