Schoenstatt Movement Hall Update
Schoenstatt Movement Hall Update Dear Friends and Members of our Schoenstatt Family, We pray that the Advent Season is a time of spiritual renewal for you. In the meantime, we have celebrated the official opening of our 100 th jubilee year, and we are excited to share with you the fact that construction of our Schoenstatt Movement Hall is in full swing! See the wonderful mess in the pictures we included! We are especially grateful to our construction managers and their crews who are working to make this dream a reality for us. We pray for their safety, and for a very mild winter so that their work can proceed smoothly. Our new Schoenstatt Movement Hall - with its large worship / conference area, offices, meeting rooms, and new area for the youth – will offer wonderful opportunities for us in the future. Not least of all, it will enable us to open our doors to new groups who are in need of a place of prayer and spiritual renewal in a peaceful, Catholic Christian atmosphere. It will allow us to more effectively share the great treasure of Schoenstatt and our center here in Waukesha with many more people! Your contributions - spiritual and material – are not only helping to build a building. They are helping to fulfill a mission! With God’s continued blessing, construction will take about a year. Our goal remains to offer the new hall as our gift when we celebrate the 100th jubilee of Schoenstatt’s founding in October, 2014. Thank you to all of you who have made our progress possible through your prayers and generous financial gifts. Your continued support is greatly appreciated and needed! Your financial gifts will continue to make a difference as we work together to fund such a significant building project. May our Lord and our Blessed Mother bless you richly for your kindness and generosity, especially during the coming Christmas season. Fr. Gerold Langsch, in collaboration with some of the Sisters and youth members, has produced a new CD collection of spiritual music, titled “Hall Concert 2013”. It is an amazing mix of styles and instruments which makes the CD a great gift for many different age groups. We are seeking a $15 donation for each CD. All profits from the sale of this CD go towards the funding of our new hall. Plus we can offer you a complete recording of the Hall Concert on DVD, titled “Music from the Heart”, also for $ 15.00.
