CITY OF SPARKS KID KONNECTION
ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Below you will see the entry page for the online registration system. Enter your user name and
password and select ‘sign in’.
If you haven’t used the online system to register for classes, both your user name and password will be
your household i.d. number. You can find your household i.d. number in the upper left hand corner (3rd
line down) on any receipt you have on file from us. Once you have accessed the system, you can create
your own unique user name and password. If you have any problems locating your household i.d.
number, or if you have previously used our online system and forgot your user name/password, please
email us at recinfo@cityofsparks.us and we will forward the information to you.
To access the registration area for the Kid Konnection Program, select the ‘Kids out-of-School
Programs’ link.
First step – select the family member you are registering. If you have more than one child, you will need
to complete the registration one child at a time.
Second step – select the school site (childcare location) and then select before school or after school in
the box to the right (or it may be below the location box depending on the settings on your computer).
If you are registering for both before/after school, hold down the shift key to select both.
Third Step – select View Calendar.
You can now view the monthly calendar – You can select (and deselect) each day you need individually
by clicking on the respective before/after school button per day. By using the buttons in the column to
the left of the calendar, you also have the option to ‘select all’ for the entire month for before, after, or
both, or you can ‘select all’ for a given week.
When finished, select ‘Add to Cart’.

After selecting ‘Add to Cart’ the system will take you to a disclaimer page. If you are registering for both
before and after school, the system will require you to complete this twice. Select ‘Yes’ to agree to the
terms and then select ‘Continue’.
Now you have the option to ‘Continue Shopping’ (to register a second child) or ‘View Shopping Cart’.
When you ‘View Shopping Cart’, be sure to double check your registration dates and total. You can
view a listing of the dates registered by selecting ‘Show All of Bud Beasley’ for before and you can select
the same for after. Once you verify the information is correct, select ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

Once you reach the check out screen, you will need to select ‘Credit Card Type’, verify billing
information and click ‘Continue’ to move on to the payment page.
The final processing step is the Payment Page. Enter your card number, expiration date, security code
and then select ‘Submit Transaction’. Please be sure not to select the ‘back key’ during this step.
Transaction complete screen – you are finished! Thank you for trying out our new system.
