mix of rusted cor-ten steel and brick will give the building an appearance that is contemporary yet blends

The restaurant will feature an outdoor, rooftop
dining component with stunning views of
downtown and Mt. Diablo. The exterior of the
space will be used brick, with its entrance and
elevator/stair located within a 3-dimensional living
wall that carries up to the rooftop dining.
1500 will feature one of the most dramatic and
attractive dining venues in Northern California. The
space has been designed to take advantage of Walnut
Creek’s mild weather with a rooftop patio, complete
with a vegetable and herb garden. A ground level bar
and second level dining room will break the space
into three unique zones.
The restaurant is comprised of 3 levels:
1st Floor - 1,100 SF restaurant / bar space with operable
windows providing ground floor presence and signage on
Mt. Diablo Blvd.
2nd Floor - 2,140 SF main restaurant floor with operable
windows and kitchen (this size is flexible.)
Rooftop - 4,250 SF rooftop dining area which will include
bar, outdoor dining, green roof, herb / vegetable garden.
