Welcome to the Disney Dining Plan available to Disney Vacation Club Members, which offers a convenient and affordable way
to enjoy snacks and meals throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort. That means lots of great dining opportunities for you
and your family. This brochure outlines the details of what is included and how to use the Disney Dining Plan.
Number of Meals During Your Reserved Stay
The Disney Dining Plan includes one (1) Quick-Service Meal, one (1) Snack and one (1) Table-Service Meal per person, per
night of your reserved stay for everyone in the party ages three and over, beginning after check-in to your Disney Resort
hotel. The plan also includes one (1) Rapid Fill Resort refillable drink mug per person, which is valid for the length of your stay
(eligible for refills at self-service beverage islands at Quick-Service locations at any Disney Resort hotel).
Disney Dining Plan Pricing
The price of the Disney Dining Plan is $61.84 per night, per Guest ages 10+ and $20.96 per night, per Guest ages 3-9.
Adding Disney Dining Plan to Your Reservation
The Disney Dining Plan must be added to your reservation at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Members may add the Disney
Dining Plan online at disneyvacationclub.com to reservations at Disney Vacation Club Resorts made with Vacation Points, or call
Member Services for reservations booked on cash or in the Disney Collection. Payment in full is due at the time of adding the
Disney Dining Plan to your reservation. Disney Dining Plan cannot be added to your reservation within 48 hours of check-in.
Using Your Meals
• Y
ou can redeem more than one Quick-Service meal, Table-Service meal or snack per night, if you wish, until your total
number of meal/snack entitlements is depleted.
• All unused meals and snacks and the ability to use your Rapid Fill Resort refillable mug expire at midnight on your
reservation check-out date.
Finding Dining and Snacks Locations
• M
ost of the restaurant locations in Disney Theme Parks, Disney Water Parks, Disney Springs™ and Disney Value,
Moderate, Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resort hotels accept the Disney Dining Plan. A list of these locations is available on
pages 3 to 6.
• You can also find plenty of locations where you can redeem your snacks - just look for this symbol
on the menu
boards at Quick-Service restaurants, most outdoor food carts and select merchandise locations to identify what is
eligible as a snack.
Disney Dining Plan meals and snacks may not be redeemed for cash in whole or in part, sold separately, transferred, or refunded. The Disney Dining Plan is only available
at the Walt Disney World Disney Vacation Club Resorts and Walt Disney World Disney Collection hotels. Disney Dining Plan must be added to your reservation at least 48
hours prior to check-in. Members may add the Disney Dining Plan online at disneyvacationclub.com to existing reservations at Disney Vacation Club Resorts made with
Vacation Points, or call Member Services for reservations booked with cash or in the Disney Collection.
Operating hours, menus, entertainment, characters, Disney Dining Plan locations, pricing, components and terms are subject to change without notice. Theme park
admission is required for some dining locations. Disney Dining Plan is based on the length of your stay at one of the Walt Disney World Disney Vacation Club Resorts
or Walt Disney World Disney Collection hotels. The owners of the Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Vacation Club shall not be responsible for the non-utilization of
package components due to refurbishing, capacity, inclement weather, or any circumstance beyond their control.
Disney dining plan cancellation policy: Members must contact Member Services at least 24 hours prior to check-in to change or remove the selected Disney dining plan
option from your reservation. Cancellations and modifications to the Disney dining plan are not available upon check-in.

Certain items are not included in any dining plans such as:
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Items that are more than a single serving (such as a box of doughnuts or a jar of peanut butter)
• Items (such as popcorn or drinks) that are served in a Souvenir Container
• Items that are sold from Recreation Rental Counters
• Items that are considered Merchandise (such as Bottle Toppers, Glow Cubes and Bottle Straps)
• Special Dining Events with special menus offered at certain Table-Service locations
Redeeming Your Meals
• P
resent your valid Disney Resort ID (either a MagicBand or card) to the server or cashier at the time a meal or
snack is purchased and specify the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Disney Dining Plan Guests
ages 10+ and the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Disney Dining Plan Guests ages 3 to 9.
• Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu where available.
• Gratuities are not included except at Dinner Shows, Private In-Room Dining and Cinderella’s
Royal Table.
• An additional form of payment is needed if you add a gratuity and have not provided a credit card at checkin to charge incidentals and other expenses to your room.
• An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to your bill for parties of six or more.
• An automatic gratuity charge may also be added to your bill for items you order that are not included in the
Disney Dining Plan (e.g. alcoholic beverages).
• Choosing items from a separate prix fixe menu offered at certain locations requires payment of a surcharge in
addition to redeeming the number of Table-Service entitlements required at the location.
• The Disney Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no
charge, or a meal may be purchased from the menu. The price of the meal will be added to your bill.
Tracking Your Meals
• Y
our meal usage will be tracked electronically to your reservation. The example below illustrates a party with two
Guests ages 10+ and two Guests ages 3-9, who are staying on a three-night/four-day reservation and are using
one of their Quick-Service meal entitlements.

• You can also contact your Resort Concierge or Guest Relations at any time to obtain your remaining entitlements.

Guests, including children, seeking well-balanced meals, snacks and beverages as well as those with lifestyle dining
requests or special dietary requests. Guests should notate any special dietary requests at the time of booking their dining
reservation. Guests may also speak with a chef or manager regarding any special dietary requests upon arrival at the
dining location.

Quick-Service restaurants offer a wide variety of food from soups, sandwiches, and salads to pastas, fish, chicken, and
meat entrées. At Quick-service locations, Guests order food and beverages at a counter or register. Advanced Dining
Reservations are not available at Quick-Service locations unless indicated below — just stop by and enjoy.

At Table-Service restaurants, Guests are escorted to their table and waited on by
a server. There are a wide variety of Table-Service restaurants at the Walt Disney
World® Resort from family casual to character dining and dinner shows to the
unparalleled cuisine at the more upscale Signature Restaurants.

Character Dining
The Disney Dining Plan entitlements can be used for Character Dining
experiences. One (1) Table-Service meal for each person participating in the
Character Dining experience will be redeemed from their meal plan balance,
unless otherwise noted.

Dinner Shows
Dinner Shows offer family-style dining with live entertainment show
performances throughout the meal, themed to the Resort setting.

he Disney Dining Plan can be used for Category 2 or Category 3
seating at all Dinner Shows (subject to availability) and Category 1
seating at the 8:30pm Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue (subject
to availability).
• P
lease pick up your dinner show ticket at the Concierge Desk in your
Disney Resort hotel prior to arriving at the show. All Dinner Shows
require Advance Reservations. Gratuities are included.
• Two
Table-Service meals for each person dining at a Dinner Show
will be redeemed from their meal plan balance.

Snacks
Look for this symbol
on the menu boards at Quick-Service restaurants,
most outdoor food carts and select merchandise locations to identify which
items are eligible snacks. Some examples of items that are eligible snacks
include:
• Frozen Ice Cream Novelty, Popsicle or Fruit Bar
• Popcorn Scoop (single-serving box)
• 12 oz. Coffee, Hot Chocolate or Hot Tea
• Single-serving Prepackaged Milk or Juice
• Single Piece of Whole Fruit
• Single-serving Bag of Snacks
• 20 oz. Bottle of Coca-Cola®, Sprite® or 20 oz. Dasani® Water
• 20 oz. Fountain Soft Drink
Some Great Tips!
Our Table-Service restaurants, character dining and dinner shows book quickly and the restaurant and seating of your
choice may be limited or may not be available during your visit. Please make reservations through the My Disney
Experience app, at disneyworld.com/dine or by calling Member Services at (800) 800-9800 up to 180 days prior to
your visit for the best options.
When dining with another party who is also using their MagicBand or card to redeem their meals, please notify
the server which meals should be redeemed on each valid Disney Resort ID (either a MagicBand or card) upon ordering
dessert.
You can continue using meals/snacks in any order during your reserved stay until each person has depleted
his/her allotted meals/snacks. For example, if you use all your snacks on the first day, that will leave zero snacks for the
remainder of your stay.
