March was an amazing month for us, with more than
12,000 new Consultants added to the Norwex Family.
Our Norwex Mission is now reaching more homes
than ever before, making them safer havens for both
current as well as future generations! Welcome to
Norwex, new Consultants, and congratulations to
everyone who took advantage of our “Count Me IN” promotion and grew
their teams in March!
At the Home Office, our two main goals are to 1) support our Norwex
Mission and 2) to make it as simple as possible for Consultants to conduct
business. I’m happy to announce that our recent partnership with UPS
delivery service helps accomplish both of these goals. With a focus on less
waste, lower emissions and fewer impacts, UPS’s sustainability programs
are in sync with Norwex’s Mission and Core Values. And your orders will
always receive the attention they deserve from the moment they leave
our warehouse until they arrive at your doorstep. I’m confident that
this partnership will allow us to do even more for the environment, our
Customers and our Norwex Family.
Speaking of doing more, our annual Earth Day celebration is just around
the corner (see page18). Occurring each year on April 22, Earth Day is a
wonderful opportunity to talk to others about the small, conscious choices
we can all make to take better care of our great planet. In honor of Earth
Day, I challenge you to join our “Ten on Tuesday” challenge by picking up
10 pieces of litter every Tuesday. Imagine, if just 5,000 Consultants pick up
10 items a week for a year, that’s 2.6 million fewer pieces of trash! This is a
great way to both care for our planet and help spread our Mission.
Thank you to all the Consultants who shared
Norwex during the “Count Me IN” offer. Your
unselfish offering of the gift of a Norwex business
helped thousands find their way to the Norwex
Family. Once again, I find myself marveling at how
many new safe havens will be created as a result.

committed to supporting you in achieving your Norwex dream.

“I went to my first National Conference five months after I started my Norwex business. I really
‘hemmed and hawed’ about going. Was it going to be a big ‘ra ra’ event? Would I REALLY see results
in my business? Up until this point, I vowed to never ‘recruit,’ and really was uncertain how far
this Norwex gig would take me. I came to the conclusion I would just go to Conference one year
and then reevaluate. When I walked out of the door on the last day of Conference, my business
completely changed. That very month, I signed 10 new team members, had over $5,000 in sales
and had clarity regarding the vision and Mission of Norwex that I could only have received at

In March, Earth Hour was a lot of fun for
Norwex Consultants across North America—as well
as Norwex employees. At Home Office, we celebrated
by wearing black to work on Friday, March 27.
Additionally, a “Super Hero” was selected from each
department to remind everyone to unplug and turn
off all non-essential items in their departments before
leaving for the weekend.
Why do we need an Earth Day?
Because it works! Earth Day broadens the base of support for environmental programs, rekindles
public commitment and builds community activism around the world through a broad range of
events and activities. Earth Day is the largest civic event in the world, celebrated simultaneously
around the globe by people of all backgrounds, faiths and nationalities. More than a billion
people participate in our campaigns every year.
What can I do for Earth Day?
The possibilities for getting involved are endless! Volunteer. Go to a festival. Install
solar panels on your roof. Organize an event in your community. Change a habit. Help
launch a community garden. Communicate your priorities to your elected
representatives. Do something nice for the Earth, have fun, meet new people,

A. Norwex Consultant Websites Through Norwex.biz
(i) General
Except for Consultants operating any “Existing Norwex Consultant
websites” as more fully set forth in Section 3(B) below, Consultants
may only sell Norwex products, including current and past Norwex
merchandise, campaign materials and any other promotional
materials (collectively, “Norwex Products”) through the appropriate
personalized Norwex.biz website created for such Consultant under the
Norwex website replication model made available through Norwex.
Selling Norwex Products on E‐Bay, Amazon, Kijiji, Alibaba, and Craigslist
or other such auction or sales sites is strictly forbidden. Sales of Norwex
Products on such sites shall result in immediate suspension of ordering
privileges and potential disciplinary sanctions in Norwex’s sole and
absolute discretion. Offering specific products, discounts or specials not
endorsed by Norwex is strictly prohibited. You may, however, advertise
your Norwex® business and business opportunity on such sites.

Program
Adjustment
Effective May 1, Norwex is making an adjustment
to our 4-Star Host Program. This adjustment will
support the integrity of the Host Program to
continue to strengthen and grow your Norwex
business and maximize every party opportunity as
well as reward your Hosts for sharing Norwex and
our Mission with their friends and families.
Our goal has always been to show our Hosts how
simple and rewarding it is to host a Norwex Party. To support your Hosts in achieving their guest purchase gifts, we are adding a level
to our First Star of the program. At just 3 buying guests, your Host will receive free shipping and handling on her order. This means that
when she achieves just 2 more buying guests (for a total of 5), she will begin to earn the additional free products as well that make up our
First Star. And from there you have the 8 buying guests and 10 buying guests awards, on up to 15 buying guests.
The minimum of 3 buying guests has also been included in the requirements to achieve one of the four Host Specials as well. Just as a
minimum of 1 booking has been required with qualifying sales, now you want to be sure to have a minimum of 3 buying guests as well.
We know that this adjustment will provide you with additional talking points during your Host Coaching to ensure a successful party by
building a strong guest list and personally inviting everyone to attend. This also supports talking to your Host about securing outside
orders prior to her live party. Have fun with this and offer her a small incentive when she receives three outside orders prior to the party,
and you will already be well on your way to maximizing the Norwex Host Program.
We are updating the Host Guide to include this information, so watch for that to be available soon.
We know this adjustment will continue to build your Norwex business through strong party attendance and sales, as well as an increased
Customer base for you to follow up with. And building a strong party experience for all is exactly the intention of the Host Program.
