I have been fitness for the past 23 years and when I created Masala Bhangra, one of the things that people remember the most is to say Balle! Balle! In Accelerate, you will move your shoulders up and down when your arms are up in the air. Shrug them up and down. With Bollywood – give me your heart! Give me your energy! With Bhangra, give me all your masculine energy! You will not understand the music but if you love the beat, then communicate with me with your eyes, hands and your body. I encourage you to shouting out “BALLE BALLE” LOUDLY when you feel like saying “woo hoo” ! Choreography! Warm up Bhangra Slide corner to corner with an added turn! Block 1 – Bhangra Stomp Windmill Pop down Pop up Then Bhangra jump! Bhangra slide corner to corner. Power Bhangra 4 counts on each side. Power Bhangra 2 counts on each side Single Power Bhangra side to side Balle balle knees with turns Bhangra up and over with Natraj kick Butterfly single Butterfly double Bhangra Stomp Face off with Balle Balle Knees Dhol Beat. Turn on the last one. Hot tamale Tick Tock – single Tick Tock - double Bhangra Stomp Power Bhangra Bhangra groove Finish it off with a pose! Masala Bhangra Jam! Cooldown!
