MAHLBERG – Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and
prayers at the time of Carrie’s passing. Love, t39H
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
JOE MAHLBERG AND FAMILY
PAULSEN – The family of Lotus Paulsen sincerely thanks the
people of Avoca and the surrounding communities for the support, prayers and comfort provided to Mom and all of us during
the time of Mom’s illness and death. The power of living in a small
community is most keenly felt during times like this. Please know
our gratitude extends to everyone who helped Mom in some way.
To the staff of Myrtue Memorial, Jennie Edmundson, Dr. Warner
and his staff, Denise Luna, Deb Larson – you gave Mom hope
each and every day. To all who offered Mom rides to and from
Harlan for labs and treatments – Mom didn’t like having to be dependent upon others, but the time you spent together was priceless to her. To the volunteers who brought Mom meals on wheels
and everyone who brought food to our homes – you gave us time
to be together and not have to take care of the task of cooking.
To everyone who contributed to the service, provided food and
helped with the luncheon at the church – you made the celebration of her life complete. To Pastor Eric Meissner and Shari Munyon – you provided peace, prayer and comfort when we needed
it the most. To all who prayed – your prayers gave us strength for
the journey. Your prayers were answered and Mom’s healing is
complete. Thank you very much. KATHY SOETMELK, KAREN BRANDENBURG,
