2005 Welcome & Schedule of Events
2
Welcome to the CHJA Finals Weekend!
Friday, August 19th
Welcome to all our Finalists in the 2005 Hunter Classics and CHJA
Medals. You have all worked amazingly hard to get here and we want to
recognize each and every one of you for all your dedication and effort.
You are why we are all here!
2:00 – 4:00 pm
Thank you again to all our sponsors, large and small, and especially
to the class sponsors who we have been able to count on year after
year to support this event with generosity and enthusiasm. Folly Farm,
Epona Farm, Fairfield Equine, Shallowbrook Equestrian Center,
Westbrook Hunt Club, The Ethel Walker School & Kelianda Farm,
and Agriventures Agway & Nutrena all deserve a huge thank you
for being consistent supporters. And we can’t forget those who make it
possible to give out such fabulous prizes to our winners – Buttonwood,
Pilot Point, Windcrest, Connecticut Equine, Equine Veterinary Clinic,
The Rebello Family, River’s Edge, End of Hunt, Academy Equestrian,
Beval’s, Chestnut Hill Saddlery & Chestnut Hill Show Stables, Fairfield
Hunt Club, Daffodil Hill, The Vars Family, Mystic Valley, The
Equestrian Centre, Salem Saddlery, Movado, The Fortier Family, 5/A
Baker Blankets, and The Taylor Family – we couldn’t do it without
you. Spend some time with this program and you will know the “who’s
who” list of supporters and advertisers who make this weekend possible.
Saturday, August 20th
In addition, thousands of volunteer hours have gone in to making this
Finals weekend a special one, full of memories and achievement.
All told, with so many people supporting our riders and horses, it is
really an event for the entire Connecticut horse community. So win
or lose, train, ride, groom, or spectate, just be sure to enjoy yourselves,
your families and your friends!
7:00 am
Congratulations for all your achievements and have a fabulous time!
