DACULA, GA / LAWRENCEVILLE, GA / GWINNETT COUNTY Dacula is a city in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The population was 4,804 at the 2009 census. Dacula is primarily a residential community, and many subdivisions have been built within the city limits in recent years. Located 6-miles west of Dacula, Lawrenceville, GA is a city in and the county seat of Gwinnett County (Population: 805,321). Lawrenceville currently has a population of 28,546 and has a sustained history of brisk growth.
