only booking up to six days in advance of wearing date.
We aim to fit customers on their first visit, but can make
any adjustments that are necessary.

Morning Wear Party Booking Service
To help save wedding parties of four or more customers having to wait for
attention on Saturdays, we strongly recommend that you use our appointment
service. We also offer an evening booking service during peak periods at some
of our shops. This is available at certain times of the year only and on
certain days. Phone your local branch for further details.
Pageboy Outfits
Please note with regard to fittings:
We recommend children’s hirewear be fitted three to five weeks
before the event, due to rapid growth spurts. However, please make
our staff aware of any children that are part of your wedding party,
when making the adult bookings.
Proof of Identity
Proof of identity (including address) is required
before hire orders can be collected.
Accidental Damage Waiver
£7.50 per outfit for evening wear. £7.50 per outfit for wedding attire.
Cover excludes top hats, loss, theft or malicious damage. Optional.
Extended Hire Periods
If garments are required for an extended period, please state when booking.
Any garment – 14 days; 11/2 hires, 21 days; 2 hires
Ascot Week – Hire Charge
If garments are required for multiple days during Ascot Week, please state
when booking as this period will be charged at 11/2 hires
Checking Your Order
Customers are responsible for checking and trying on garments after
collection to ensure complete satisfaction. We will be happy to rectify or
exchange the garments if the customer wishes.
Return Procedure
Please return your hirewear garments by 10 am on the following trading
day after your hire. Garments are often required for other people’s functions,
so prompt return is essential. Excess hire charges of £10 per day will be
made on late returns. See back of Price List for local opening times.
Cufflinks
Please Note: Most dress shirts require cufflinks to
be worn, as they do not have cuff buttons.
