How can a troop locate “older” troops for whom they can learn about the next level of Girl Scouting? How might they locate “younger” troops to share what they already know about Girl Scouting? Girls learn about Girl Scout Brownies Girls complete a Girl Scout Brownie activity Girls do something with a Girl Scout Brownie or Girl Scout Brownie troop Girls help plan their bridging ceremony Find out about Girl Scout Juniors Do a Girl Scout Junior activity Do something with a Girl Scout Junior or a Girl Scout Junior troop Share what you learn about Girl Scout Juniors with a Girl Scout Brownies or Daisies Plan and do a summer Girl Scout activity Help plan your fly-up ceremony. Choose a favorite song to sing Decide who they want to invite Choose songs and poems related to the theme Decide who they want to invite and make invitations Decide on a theme Decide when they want to host the ceremony Find songs and poems Make and serve refreshments Clean-up Decide on a theme Find songs and readings Work with a Girl Scout Junior sister troop to plan a bridging ceremony Make their own props Participate in Girl Planning Board Prepare handouts of songs and readings Direct rehearsals for ceremony Coordinate decorations for ceremony Shadow event coordinators Plan and host a community ceremony Select site and make arrangements Contact participants Choose what to put into the ceremony Conduct the ceremony What are some things to consider or information that is needed to plan this ceremony with the girls?
