Tea Selection
In addition to fragrance and taste, the perfect tea should have a
beautiful story and name. Our Calli® and Fortune Delight® teas
represent the lifelong dedication of Sunrider’s founders to apply the
benefits of Chinese herbal philosophies for greater health and wellness.
Water
Only pure water, free of chlorine and heavy minerals, should be used
to avoid disturbing the delicate balance of the botanical and herbal
extracts in each carefully designed blend. Calli® and Fortune Delight®
are specially concentrated so that the polyphenol antioxidants are
effective even when water is added.
Temperature
Calli® must always be prepared with water that is hot, but not boiling,
to maintain the optimal nutritional value and subtle flavors and
aromas that are released from its herbal and botanical ingredients.
Fortune Delight® can be prepared both hot or cold for a beverage that’s
delicious and refreshing.
Time
To infuse the tea with antioxidant and bioflavonoid benefits as well as
its unique and refreshing taste, Calli® should be steeped for 5 minutes in
16 oz. (480 mL) of water. Fortune Delight® needs only to be mixed with
8 oz. (240 mL) of hot or cold water.
