World Equestrian Games 2014
World Equestrian Games 2014 WEST WEG PRE TOUR SWITZERLAND & PARIS 09 – 16 August 2014 Anne & Rob Battley are excited to offer what is looking like the best World Equestrian Games ever. They have had the pleasure of sharing 3 other WEG tours in Europe with many of you. Namely, Stockholm, Den Hagg & Aachen – if you thought they were fantastic then you are in for an absolute treat this coming WEG! We are proud to announce that this tour is being arranged by our friends, Carol McCracken at Globetrotter Corporate Travel in Perth and Sandra Amstein from Bucher Travel in Lucerne, Switzerland (who organized the above 3 tours fabulously). Anne & Rob recently visited Sandra at her Lucerne office and together came up with the most fantastic Pre Tour “of the best of the best” Switzerland has to offer, based for 5 nights in Lucerne followed by 2 nights in Paris – you are sure to be totally relaxed by the time we continue on to Caen in Normandy for the games as we have our own luxury coach for the entire tour, in fact right to the door of the superbly located hotel in Caen. We are delighted to offer you the choice of staying for the first week or both weeks of the WEG program. We prefer to keep our tour group small and intimate, so have limited this tour to 30 people and we would like to request the pleasure of your company to join our Exclusive Tour Group. Sandra has managed to obtain a ‘first option’ at the Hotel Moderne in Caen; it is the prime location for these games in the centre of Caen. (Please see book Caen, Normandie page 33, number 5 with map reference E7). However, to secure your hotel accommodation and a place on the Pre tour a nonrefundable deposit of 30% is required by Friday, 17 June 2011. WEG 2014 is a “long way off” however, times flies and the exchange rate is fantastic at the moment so it is great to pay the deposit now and the final balance will be due by 09 June 2014. Tickets are NOT INCLUDED in this offer: we have requested “A” class tickets in a block booking and we will advise you when they become available. Flights are NOT INCLUDED in this offer: Globetrotter will contact you to organize these from September 2013 when the flights will go on sale. 1 We will offer 3 options for you to choose from.
