Preamble: The buyback scheme will be carried out by the dealer (internal) & AG Location in Pforzheim with the end customer – no action from Amann Girrbach AG:
Delivery time frame of the Motion 1 for the buyback option: • Delivery of the Motion 1 before 31 December 2011
• Applies to deliveries between 01 July 2011 and 31 December 2011
Duration of the buyback scheme:
• Deadline for the end of buyback is 29 February 2012
Procedure for dealing with the customer:
• Do not actively approach the subject of the buyback scheme with the customer affected
• The buyback scheme is primarily intended for customers who complain

Conditions for buyback: • Buyback price scale (depending on the period of use by customers)
• Delivery 1‐2 months (Nov. & Dec. 2011) = buyback price for # 179200 Motion = €19,250.00 = 30% of the list price
• Delivery 3‐4 months (Sep. & Oct. 2011) = buyback price for # 179200 Motion = €17,825.00 = 35% of the list price
• Delivery 5‐6 months (Jul. & Aug. 2011) = buyback price for # 179200 Motion = €16,500.00 = 40% of the list price
What does the customer buy?
• 179250 Ceramill Motion 2 incl. Match 2 software = €33,900.00
• 179170 PC Windows 7 PC with 12 GB main memory; new graphics card = €1,650.00
Procedure with the customer:
• Completion of the buyback
• The customer receives delivery of the Ceramill Motion 2 and the new Windows 7 ‐ PC • The customer must backup and transfer the relevant data from the old PC to the new PC
• according to instructions or
• using a backup tool, which takes the relevant data from the old PC (still in the test phase)
• Installation of the Motion 2 and transfer of the old data to the new PC
