Sampler Clipart pack
To use the sample clipart discs, place the mono clipart disc in drive 1 and press F9 to BOOT up.
You will then be presented with a selection of printer drivers, choose the one suited to your own printer, (Note there are
two versions for each printer, one to print mono black and white pictures and the other if you have a colour printer so you
can printout coloured pictures).
Once the program has loaded there will be a short wait while the disc is scanned to see what sort of pictures you have on
the disc.
By inputting the number to the left of the picture name will load in that file.
After a short while you will see a compact view of the picture on the screen, the actual image picture is much larger.
To the right hand side of the screen are the measurements in mm that you clipart picture will actually occupy on an A4
piece of paper.
These measurements are updated if you change the size of the picture, at the moment you are seeing the medium size
measurements, you can print the picture twice as small (or twice as big with Canon and Epson ESC/P2 and Stylus Print­
ers.)
The Top page and Left page is where the actual picture will be placed from the very Top and very Left of the printed
piece of paper, (Note the values in brackets are minimum and maximum values to avoid the picture printing of the edges
of the paper.
You can also select one of 4 colours,( Black if you have a black and white printer, Yellow, Magenta and Cyan if you
have a colour printer).
For colour clipart load in the colour driver program, if you have loaded it from the mono clipart disc, press ESC when
the disc is being scanned for filename, then place the colour clipart picture disc in drive 1 and press the F4 function key.
Note there is no clipart preview on screen, there are two sizes medium and small.
For canon printers your printer must be set in Canon Bubblejet mode usually dip switch 11 or 12 or both will select
mode.
The first time you use the clipart picture dumper the very first page may be ejected, but the other pages will print out
normally.
You may be interested to know the clipart dumpers support ESC/P2 and Canon printers using raster image rather than bit
image graphic dumps, the advantage being the pictures print out in just a few seconds at maximum high quality resolu­
tion, Special software for Epson stylus 800+/820/Colour II Printers using the printers built in micro weave feature to
eliminate banding.
If you experience problems with the printout of the pictures, try the following:-
If you are using a 24 pin normal printer (not ESC/P2) and the strips of graphics overlap try the following pokes:
POKE 31258,27,43,24,10,255 (Mono program)
POKE 31387,27,43,24,10,255 (Colour program).
If you are using a 9 pin printer and you get a slight gap between strips of graphics or you have a Citizen printer try the
following pokes:­

POKE 31257,27,49,10,255
(Colour program)
POKE 31440,27,49,10,255
There is another 9 pin printer driver on the disc ("99" and "99c" which uses the 9th pin, instead of the 8 normal pins,
your printer is most likely to benefit from this, no white gaps between graphic strips and graphics come out in their true
scale proportions.

There are 21 Category Discs, each containing 49 Black&White and grey shade colour and cost £2.00 each.
To choose individual Black& White pictures from any of the categories cost 25p each.
If you look at each category sheet you should be able to see a bold line dividing pictures up, the top part are
black and white pictures only, the bottom part will print out black and white, but if you purchase them
individually you can print them in colour at SOp each.
With every order you must ADD £1.50 postage (£2 Europe, £3 World wide).
If you purchase £10 or more worth off clipart, then postage is FREE in the UK, (Except Europe/World wide).

Size Height & W idth the scanned Image will print out and occupy on an A4 sheet of paper, note I can reduce or enlarge the scanned image
(Note actual mm size will be rounded down to keep the picture in true proportion).
If image is to be Black & Whitc then the maximum size is 120mm across by 120mm down
If image is to be CoJO\II then the maximum size is 65mm across by 55mm down.
Black & White or Colour for final image, note can change your picture from Colour to Black & White if you like.
nOdpi Image for use with Epson Stylus 720dpi Printers only, write in how far from the top of an A4 piece of paper the image is to start down the page, and how far from
the left of an A4 piece of paper the image is to start across.
(Note max imum size of imagc is 60mm square for colour, and 100mm square for Black & White, if the image is very detailed I may have to rcduee the size of the imagc
should you decide on the maximum size settings.
