Amex Enterprise E-mail Template
The AXPi E-mail Marketing Team engaged space150 in early 2011 to
design and develop a new e-mail template for the 282 million marketing
e-mails Amex sends annually. In addition to being tasked with creating
comprehensive guidelines to promote a more uniform look, space150
was also asked to optimize the mobile e-mail experience. After
partnering with a third-party eye-tracking company to test multiple
concepts, the best performing elements were combined to create the
new template that was released at the end of 2011. Phase 2, which
addresses the mobile component with responsive design, will be
released in Q2 of 2012.

Membership Rewards
Quarterly E-mails
Every quarter, the Membership Rewards team launches Earn promotions
with a limited-time offer to earn bonus MR points for Cardmembers. As
part of these campaigns, space150 created seasonally relevant e-mails
and banners to drive and increase Cardmember spend through the
membershiprewards.com site.

Costco Challenger E-mail
space150 created a Challenger e-mail to the Costco Everywhere e-mail
that was deployed in Q2, so American Express can test which
messaging yields stronger results among Cardmembers. Where Cash
Back was highlighted as a reason to use your Card everywhere in the Q2
campaign, this new e-mail replaced that specific messaging with the 0%
introductory APR benefit.

YourBuzz SearchManager E-mail
The American Express OPEN Business App team has engaged
space150 to develop an e-mail to promote the SearchManager Advance
tool offer to the existing YourBuzz user base. Utilizing the look and feel
of past YourBuzz e-mails, the ultimate goal is to drive YourBuzz users to
purchase the SearchManager Advance tool product.

CCSG & OPEN MYCA E-mails
Increase MYCA enrollment for OPEN Cardmembers by the second
month of their Cardmembership tenure using a servicing e-mail
announcement, followed by a marketing e-mail.

World Service
Internal Announcement E-mail
The World Service team at American Express has invested a significant
amount of time, and effort, to bring mobile services to their
Cardmembers. Over the course of 2011, this team has worked
to continually evolve their mobile capabilities, including launching native
applications and mobile web experiences in key international markets.
To amplify internal visibility for these efforts, space150 designed an
announcement e-mail to highlight the 100,000 app download
benchmark for the UK market.

Serve E-mails
space150 created a communications rebrand for Serve. Serve is a digital
payments product out of the American Express Enterprise Growth
group. The communications rebrand started with the marketing website
overhaul. With the overall message approved, the messaging was
extended to additional channels including e-mails
