The standard 4, 6, and 8 cubic yard compactors can be integrated to work in cooperation with current front load routes. It can be ground fed, dock fed, or chute fed based on the customer’s needs. Material is placed into the charge box and then crushed up against a heavy duty reinforced steel bulkhead before entering the compaction container. This 6 cubic yard unit is equipped with a side load ground feed ANSI hopper. (Pictured here with Side Feed Access Door) Dual Cylinder Pre-Crusher Compactor High force dual cylinder unit with max force of 141,000 lbs. 4 Cart Dumpers & Vertical Balers Tilt Truck Style Cart Dumper Our tilt truck style cart dumper is made to work in cooperation with plastic carts. These dumpers are made to accommodate the entire cart within the box frame. They come in various sizes and can be used in dock level or ground level application. Fork Style Cart Dumper The equally effective fork style cart dumper works with carts that utilize side pockets in order to be dumped. The forks slide inside the pockets of the typically steel containers and are thereby dumped. Two-Bar Cart Dumper Our most economical cart dumper is the integrated two-bar dumper. This unit is typically mated with one of Wastequip’s roll-off self contained units and runs off of the same remote power unit. NOTE: 90 gallon is the most common type, but this dumper can be manufactured to work with most size carts. Side Mount Power Pack Vertical Baler Wastequip’s vertical baler is made to work in areas with limited space for recycling cardboard, paper, or plastic. We offer several models and sizes of vertical balers to service customers’ needs. Wastequip’s technician friendly power pack makes it easy to maintain our equipment. Wastequip Optional Systems Wastequip offers numerous steel options, electrical control monitoring options, and hydraulic options. The majority of our compactors come equipped with factory mounted ANSI and OSHA approved steel options which are specific to the individual site and customer. These options range from a simple walk up ground feed hopper to more complex options such as full weather enclosures and automated tenant access options for apartment complexes. Wastequip’s ability to personally customize each unit ensures proper and efficient safety practices. Ground Feed Doghouse with Mechanical Door Lock 6 Model 245HD/WQ with 8 Foot Wide Drive on Deck and Hinged Access Gate with Interlock Switch becomes a Full Weather Enclosure. Self Contained with Integral Cart Dumper This self contained roll-off is designed to dump customer carts into a rear feed hopper. A manual control lever and dump/pack selector switch operates the fork style dumper and compactor when on site. The forks are then placed in “complete dump” position for transit to and from the landfill. Dewatering Compactor Ball valve drains are added to this self contained unit to remove liquid through a specially designed floor. Rear Feed Double Door Doghouse with Plastic Lids Three Sided Hopper Fed from ground level, this three sided ANSI hopper meets all safety guidelines.
