There are just eight simple steps from selecting your prime location through to closing. 1) Deposit - A $15,000 deposit is all it takes to secure your desired location within Pineapple Point Resort. This home is then taken off the market and reserved for you subject to you completing the Reservation Agreement. 2) Contract – A formal contract will then be prepared and executed by the Attorney within one month of placing your reservation deposit.
