MATRIX Updates 6.7
HOT SHEET ENHANCEMENTS
The CRISNetMLS Matrix platform Hot Sheets have been redesigned to allow you to customize up to
10 property specific Hot Sheets. In addition, we have added the ability for you to select the “Days
Back” for your Hot Sheet search from within the widget.
When working with the Hot Sheets, you will see that the widget lists the Personal Hot Sheet and
Residential Hot Sheet by default. The two visible Hot Sheets are marked as “Retiring 6/30/14”. This
only impacts these two specific Hot Sheets.
Follow the steps below to set up your new Hot Sheets.
1. Locate the Hot Sheet Widget in the Matrix Home tab and click Add/Customize.
2. From the Manage Hot Sheets window, you can Add Hot Sheets, Rename them, Edit the Search
Criteria, Reset Criteria, Delete Hot Sheets, and Restore System Defaults. To Add a new hot
sheet, click the Add button.

MATRIX Updates 6.7
BCC AGENT LINK
When sending listings to a contact from the CRISNetMLS Matrix platform, you have the ability to BCC
yourself. The recent update to Matrix takes this one step further. Now, when you BCC yourself, Matrix
will include an Agent Only link that will only be visible to you (the Agent). This new Agent Only link will
take you straight into Matrix (if you are logged in) and display the listings in an agent view. If you are
not logged into Matrix, you will be prompted to enter your login credentials and then you will see the
listings. The Agent Only link will not be visible to your clients.
OFFICE/AGENT SEARCH CONTROL FIELD
The Agent/Office search fields in Matrix have been enhanced and now allow you to perform a search
for the Agent/Office ID from the search field, without having to enter the Roster tab. To locate these
fields, select a Detail property search form and scroll down to the listing/selling agent/office section
where you will see the new search icon next to each searchable field.

Upon clicking the search icon, a separate search form will open allowing you to look up an agent or
office by various criteria. After entering the desired criteria, click Run Search to obtain your search
results.
CMA ENHANCEMENTS
CUSTOM FIELDS
Custom fields allow you to include additional property attributes in a CMA. Each custom field now has
the option of being linked to an existing property field. If the custom field is linked to an existing field,
those values will be used for comparison between the Subject Property and the Comparable
Property. You can still create your own custom fields not linked to an existing field, in which case you
must enter the custom values for each field. You also have the option of saving the custom fields as
defaults to be used in subsequent CMA’s.
You will find the new Custom fields on the Subject tab in the CMA Wizard. To link a Custom Field to
an existing field, click on an available field in the first column (shown below).

MOBILE CLIENT PORTAL
The CRISNetMLS Matrix Client Portal now features a mobile version similar to CRISNetMobile.com.
The Mobile Client Portal was built specifically for smart phones and consumers on the go. When
accessing a Portal link from a mobile device, Matrix will attempt to detect mobile devices and send
the user to the Mobile Portal. The option to switch between the Desktop Portal and the Mobile Portal
is available in both versions.
The Mobile Client Portal supports all the functionality of the Desktop Portal including:
 Direct Emails and Reports
 Client Searches
 Auto Emails
 Agent Greetings
 Listing Notes
 Favorites, Possibilities, and Discards
