Golf Rules
Golfers are allowed to make one reservation per day.
1. All golfers will report to the golf shop desk at least 15 minutes before their tee time and pay
the appropriate fee before beginning play.
2. Children 12 and under must have golf equipment, pay the required fee and be accompanied
by a fee paying adult to play.
3. One non-playing person may accompany each fee-paying adult golfer. 4. Children 5 and under are not permitted on the golf courses.
5. Golf carts may only be rented and/or operated by individuals 16 and older with a valid
driver’s license. Individuals misusing or damaging association property will be responsible
for any damages.
6. Golfers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner considered appropriate to a
family environment.
7. Golf carts should have no more than two riders at all times.
8. Groups must maintain their position on the golf course. Groups falling behind by one and a
half holes will be directed to immediately advance to their correct position on the course.
9. Each golfer is expected to wear attire that is considered appropriate to the golfing
atmosphere. Shirts/tops must have collars or sleeves. Shirts must be worn at all times.
No swimwear, gym or jogging shorts or cut-offs are allowed.
10.Metal spikes, or any footwear that may damage Bella Vista Village’s golf courses,
are prohibited.
11.Foursomes must reserve a tee time. Fivesomes are permitted for tee times that begin after
11:00am and must maintain their position on the course.

Bella Vista Golf Courses
Bella Vista Country Club Golf Course • 98 Clubhouse Drive, 855-8130
The Bella Vista Country Club Golf Course is the community’s oldest course and can best be
described as a “classic” design. The golf course mildly rolls through the valley along U.S. 71.
While long and challenging, the course can be walked as there are few hills. The course is
serviced by the Tanyard Creek Practice Center. Golf carts and rental clubs are available.
Berksdale Golf Course • 4 Kingsdale Lane, 855-8123
The Berksdale Golf Course is an 18-hole facility that’s combined with the Kingswood Golf
Course to make up the 36-hole Kingsdale Golf Complex. Golfers of all skill levels can enjoy this
course. There is no driving range at this facility. The Kingsdale Golf Shop features the largest
inventory of golf merchandise in Bella Vista Village. Golf carts and rental clubs are available.
Brittany Golf Course • 1 Euston Drive, 855-8160
The Brittany Golf Course is an executive course, which rounds out the 27-hole Metfield Golf
Complex. This distinctive nine-hole layout features five par 3’s and four par 4’s. The course
offers challenges for the novice and experienced golfer. There is no driving range at this
facility. Golf carts and rental clubs are available.
Dogwood Hills Golf Course • 1 Euston Drive, 855-8160
The Dogwood Hills Golf Course is combined with Bella Vista Village’s Brittany Golf Course to
make up the 27-hole Metfield Golf Complex. The course is a “links” style golf course. This golf
course features a fairly gentle terrain, but has several long stretches from the green to the
next tee. There is no driving range at this facility. Golf carts and rental clubs are available.

The front nine on the Scotsdale Golf Course has a gentle rolling layout, which offers a fair test
of golf but far less demanding than the back nine. Holes 11 through 15 take you on a roller
coaster ride of demanding golf. The course will challenge all players. The course offers a golf
shop. There is no driving range at this facility. Golf carts and rental clubs are available.

The Tanyard Creek Practice Center features two-indoor bays and a launch monitor to
assist with club fittings, 28 uncovered and eight covered hard surface stations and a grass
tee surface, as well as a putting green and practice area featuring bunkers and chipping
stations. The Tanyard Creek Practice Center Golf Shop offers the village’s largest selection
of golf clubs, including a wide array of equipment that can be custom-fitted for the
individual golfer and suited for their individual game. Call for lesson information.

Get-A-Grip features custom fitting of more than 100 grip styles from top selling
manufacturers, as well as golf club shaft extensions and removals, groove sharpening,

member may make tee times online by visiting the
association’s website at www.BellaVistaPOA.com.
Once on the website, select “Golf” then “Tee Times
and Procedures”, then “Internet Tee Times”.
First Time Users
Under username enter your 8 digit POA
member number with a leading bv (e.g.
bv00123789). For your password, enter
your SBL (lot/sub) number found on your
member card (do not enter the dashes).
Verify your first and last name, enter your
email address, verify your address and
phone number. To change your password,
click on MY ACCOUNT, then MY PROFILE,
click on the MY ACCOUNT tab and change
your password under MANAGE PASSWORD.
Registered Users
Login, using your 8 digit POA number with
a leading bv (e.g. bv00123789). Enter your
password and click LOGIN.
In order to make a tee time, click BOOK A
TEE TIME (top left). Follow the instructions
to select your date, time, number of holes,
number of golfers (up to four) and desired
course.
Enter SEARCH, find your preferred Tee Time
and click Book.
You will have five minutes to accept the
terms by checking the box to Accept
Terms and Conditions, and then click NEXT.

Members required to use the Automated
Tee Time Reservation System
The area required to use the Automated Tee Time Reservation
System, which had been defined as within a 40-mile radius of
Bella Vista, has been more clearly delineated. Members now
required to use the automated system are bounded by:

Members residing in this area will have two methods to
reserve a tee time: 1). Call (479) 855-8199 to reserve a tee
time; or 2). Reserve a tee time via the Internet through the
web page. The automated system is a 24-hour system, which
allows members to make a tee time at any of the golf courses
in Bella Vista Village.
The system releases tee times beginning at 7 p.m. seven days
ahead of play. Once tee times are released they remain
available, through the automated system, for booking until
11:59 p.m. the day before play.

Time Program at (479) 855-5079 to make their tee times or email
requests to Golf@BellaVistaPOA.com. Requests should be sent
no more than three months in advance of play. In addition, once
the Automated Tee Time Reservation System tee time window
(see above) is opened, nonresident members must use the
automated system.
Nonresidents will be able to reserve up to nine consecutive
days of tee times for each visit to the village, but no more than
one such visit each month. Nonresidents emailing their request
should fill out a tee time request form.
Nonresidents must call from outside of the automated system’s
required area to use the Nonresident Advanced Tee Time
Program. Once they are within the automated required area,
they must use the automated system. The program utilizes caller

A sanctioned non-member has or will receive a non-member card
signed by a Bella Vista Village member. Sanctioned non-members

day. We suggest that non-members utilize the time search rather
than a specific golf course search when requesting a tee time. For
same day tee times, sanctioned non-members should call directly
to the golf course they wish to play. At this time, sanctioned nonmembers are not able to use the Internet for tee time reservations.

GOLF SEMINAR

Instructional golf seminars are sponsored monthly
(April through September) for adult Bella Vista
Village property owners at the Tanyard Creek
Practice Center, 10 Nature Trail Lane.
The April, May, June, July and September
seminars will be from 5:30 to 6:30pm on four
consecutive Wednesdays. The August seminar
will be from 10am to 11am on four consecutive
Saturdays. The cost is $30 per person and space is
limited to the first 20 applicants.
The seminar will include golf skill instruction,
such as driving, iron play, chipping and putting.
Participants will also be instructed on proper
course etiquette. Basic rules, safety, keeping score
and ready play will be reviewed. On-course play
will be offered in the last teaching session.
