MEET OUR CHEF Noel Jones Regional Executive Chef, National Accounts INSPIRE THROUGH FOOD Noel started working in the kitchen of a fine French restaurant at the age of 14 and realized early that he had a love for food and service. After culinary school in Ireland, Noel worked in some of Europe's top hotels and restaurants. In the US, Noel was executive chef at highly rated restaurants, The Copper Beech Inn, CT and PolytechnicON20, CT. Notable mentions include: Inductee, Les Amis d'Escoffier Society, Winner, “Best Cutting Edge” Chef in Connecticut, Executive Chef, James Beard House, NYC, and voted Best Chef, by Best Chefs of America.
