DAY ONE / FALL/WINTER, 2016
TRAVEL DAY
Fast food dinner en route this evening – included
Depart this day for your overnight drive to ORLANDO, FL. Wear comfortable clothing
and bring blankets, pillows, personal electronic devices and snacks. The coaches are
equipped with a DVD player – so bring your favorite pre-approved movies. We will stop
for leg stretches.
DAY TWO / FALL/WINTER, 2016
UNIVERSAL STUDIOS ORLANDO

Individual Cancellation Terms






In the event an individual cancels more than 90 days before departure, the Band will be charged a fee equal to
any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor services for the individual.
If an individual cancellation is received 90 – 61 days before departure, the Band will be charged 25% of the
individual’s tour fee, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor
services for the individual.
If an individual cancellation is received 60 – 46 days prior to departure, the Band will be charged 50% of the
individual’s tour fee, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor
services for the individual.
If an individual cancellation is received 45 – 31 days prior to departure, the Band will be charged 75% of the
individual’s tour fee, in addition to any non-refundable costs set forth by GTG for the purpose of acquiring vendor
services for the individual.
There is no refund for an individual cancellation within the last 30 days.
Note: GTG must receive written notice of all cancellations and changes.
