Performer RPM Pro-Flo® EFI System
Up to 450 HP from 1500 to 7000 rpm for Small-Block Fords
These Edelbrock Pro-Flo EFI Systems will allow you to convert your carbureted 289-302 or 351-W
Ford Mustang to powerful multi-point fuel injection. These complete multi-point electronic fuel injection
systems for 1964 and later small-block Fords include our unique Calibration Module for total adjustability
without a laptop computer. Like all our electronic fuel injection systems, they come with an assembled
induction module (manifold, air valve, fuel rails, injectors), ECM, wiring harness, sensors, fuel pump,
fuel lines and MSD Pro-Billet distributor. With this speed/density system you get total engine control for
excellent throttle response throughout the rpm range, great fuel economy with incredible horsepower,
smooth engine operation and improved cold starting. The included injectors are rated at 29 lbs/hr for
operation up to 450 hp. Compatible with Edelbrock or factory heads. All parts on this page are not
legal for sale or use on pollution controlled motor vehicles.

Victor Series Billet Aluminum 170
5/8”-18 inlet and outlet come with -8AN fittings installed to provide increased flow over street fuel pumps, and the base can be rotated to allow for various fuel line configurations. These pumps include a variety of
additional inlet/outlet fittings including -6AN, inverted flare and 3/8” NPT,
plus a copper crush washer for a leak-proof connection. These billet
aluminum pumps produce 8.5-9 psi and require a pressure regulator For
use with gasoline or alcohol. Clockable lower housing can be rotated for
best inlet/outlet alignment.

With anodized aluminum housings and high-quality internals, they are both
strong and durable. Each electric pump is factory-tested and includes

351 manifold #7183. For both high performance street and competition,
the dual-plane design makes outstanding power from 1500 to 6500 rpm
and the Cleveland port layout and intake bolt hole pattern fit both 2V and
4V heads. It features 9.5” deck height. Windsor end rails, water neck and
distributor hole clearance, front and rear water bosses with a standard

To make things easier in the parts selection process, we have taken the
Total Power Package to the next level by actually placing the power package components together under a single part number. That’s right…the
Edelbrock Power Package Top End Kits provides proven performance
in one box, without the guesswork.
Each kit includes: intake, heads, cam & lifters (except roller lifters), head
& intake bolt kits, a complete gasket set as well as a timing chain and
gear set. Push rods and rocker arms not included. Simply finish the
system with the Edelbrock carburetor that best matches your application. Kit carton dimensions are 12” high x 12-3/4” wide x 14-1/2” deep,

Performer-Plus camshafts match with Performer manifolds for vehicles
operating from off-idle to 5500 rpm. They are smooth idling cams for daily
drivers, trucks, vans, RVs and 4x4s. You can expect a major improvement
in throttle response and torque. In the manifold section you’ll find torque
graphs showing the power gains from Performer manifolds and PerformerPlus cams. All camshafts come with hydraulic lifters (except for cams
designed for use with stock roller lifters), assembly lube and instructions.

ne of the things I really enjoy about our business is being able to help bring new products
to market that help those in the Mustang hobby get more enjoyment out of their Mustangs.
It was in the early 1980’s that we did our first T-5 5-speed transmission swap into a Classic
Mustang. Back then, we couldn’t just order up a transmission crossmember or a driveline
to fit. We had to fabricate many of the other parts and pieces we needed to make the swap.
Fast forward twenty years. Today, everything you need to make the T-5 conversion, including the transmission itself, are available in our newest Mustangs Plus Parts Catalog and we
are now into the “fine-tuning” stages of these conversions.
We have always encouraged the use of the 1965-66 early 3-piece motor mounts when
doing the T-5 conversion because they allowed you to have a small amount of movement in
the motor mounts so that you could make the shifter on the T-5 come up closer to the center of the shifter hole in the floor. This same small amount of movement also allowed us to move the engine around a bit and help us make sure that the headers didn’t rest on the shock towers which cause a terrible vibration
in the cars. Sometimes it worked, sometime it didn’t. But now, Ron Morris Performance in Modesto, California, has engineered a new set of motor mounts
for the small block Ford that really does the job. They allow you to adjust the engine side to side and front to back to make centering the T-5 shifter, or any
other shifter for that mater, a piece of cake! By the same token, a problem header goes away with a swift adjustment! Easy as one, two, three. Follow along
as we install, with the assistance of Ron Morris himself, a set of these new RMP Adjustable Motor Mounts on mine and Cindy’s Black Restomod Coupe and
show you just how easy it is!
1.) Before removing the stock motor mounts, be
sure to properly brace the motor. Never jack in the
middle of the oil pan and never in the area of the
oil drain plug.
2.) This is what the stock 1965 and early 1966 3piece motor mounts look like in the car. They work
great but as you’ll soon see, the RMP Adjustable
Motor Mounts are even better!

3.) Now for the start of our project. First, remove
the nuts, or the bolts on a bolt though type motor
mount, and separate the motor mount from the
frame mounts. Then remove the 3 bolts that hold the
frame mounts onto the shock tower. Work on both
sides at the same time and in the same order. We’re
showing you the passengers side because it’s the
easiest side to take pictures of . Remember, you’ll
have to remove the oil filter on the drivers side.
4.) This is what the 3-piece motor mount from the
passengers side looks like out of the car. For you
weight watchers, it’s a lot heaver than it’s RMP
replacement!

5.) It’s time to get the RMP Adjustable Motor
Mounts ready to install. The directions tell you
exactly how to put them together and the torque that
is recommended for each bolt. As you see here, bolt
the polyurethane bushing and bracket to the engine
plate. Be sure to leave them loose so that they can
slide back and forth.

6.) Attach the motor plates with the polyurethane
bushing and bracket onto the engine block using the
same holes as the stock mount. Tighten the bolts to
the recommended torque as per the instructions.

7.) Next, take one of the four side plates and,
with two of the long mounting bolts, place it
against the shock tower. All four of the side
plates are the same so you can’t make a mistake. Notice that the hole in the polyurethane
bushing, which has a steel liner, and bracket are
higher than the slotted hole in the side plate.

8.) Go to the other side of the shock tower and
place another side plate on the bolts that are
sticking through. Hold it in place with two of
the lock nuts that are provided.

9.) Tighten the bolts and nuts that hold the side
plates in place but not too tight. We want to be
able to easily lower the motor down to line up
the through bolts.

10.) As you can see, when you drop the
motor down, the hole in the polyurethane
bushing lines up with the slotted hole in the
side plate.

11 and 12.) Insert the through bolts through
the hole in the polyurethane bushing and the
slotted hole in the side plate on both the passenger and drivers side as shown. Again, put
the nuts on the through bolts but don’t tighten
them down all the way. You need to be able to
move the motor side to side to make sure the
headers or exhaust manifolds aren’t touching
the frame.

13.) Using a pry bar, move the motor side to
side and front to back until the motor is in
the position that is best for your Mustang.
This allows you to make sure your headers
are not on the shock towers and the shifter
for your transmission is centered in the hole
in the floor.
14.) Once you have everything lined up, go
back and tighten everything up to the torque
specs that are given in the instructions. Also,
put everything back on that you had to remove
to make the installation, especially the oil filter!
You don’t want to oil down your driveway or
garage floor when you fire your Mustang up!

15 and 16.) This is how both sides looked,
15 being the passenger side and 16 being the
drivers side from the front of the car after we
finished our installation. The time required? I’d
say an hour to an hour and a half for a person
with average mechanical skills. It’s an easy
installation that almost anybody can do!
