Program Overview
Bill Lewis Lures (BLL), the producer of the original Rat-L-Trap, is a
proud supporter of high school and collegiate fishing programs.
In order to help facilitate the growth of these programs, BLL is
offering a discount program to help school-sanctioned clubs/
teams acquire needed BLL products at a discount. Please read
below for details on eligibility and how to get signed up. We
sincerely hope your club/team is interested in becoming part of
the rapidly growing list of those affiliated with the BLL brand and
products.

Fishing Club/Team Eligibility
Any high school or collegiate fishing club/team that is recognized
by the school’s administration and has a designated advisor, coach
or adult supervisor is eligible to register for participation in the BLL
School Fishing Program. A club/team must consist of at least six
individuals to qualify for this program. Orders must be submitted
as a group for no less than 100 lures. To enroll, please fill out the attached registration form. Upon approval,
a representative from BLL will contact you with information on how to place your order. Your group will
retain “active” status as long as the club/team sends in a yearly activity report and members list.
CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE
BLL products obtained through this program are for club/team members’ use only and shall not be sold
by any means. Also, the special discounts are confidential to the participants of this program and are not
to be shared outside of your organization. Any abuses of this program are subject to the club/team’s
immediate removal from the affiliated privileges associated with the BLL School Fishing Program.
