Introducinginteractivepartnersinto an educationalsystemcreatesmore realistic socialcontexts,therebyincreasingthe effectivenessof the system.Such an environment wor-rldhelp sustainthe student'sinterestsand would providea more naturallearninghabitat. 'Iherefore, a collaborativelearning systemis developedto solvethe problemmentionedabove. This systemis able to providean environment to enlivenand enrich the learning process. Client-serverarchitecturesolution model hasbeenchosen,as a total solution to build this softwarewhile object-oriented softwaredevelopmentmethodologyand Unified Modeling Language(uML) methodhasbeenadaptedas a foundationof softwareengineeringin this systenr. This systemprovidesfacilitiesin controllingstudents'activities. The interactions amongthe studentsare monitored and controlledby the collaborativelearning system.
