Advent Label Applicator Co., Inc.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
The Advent Label Applicator Co., Inc. is a manufacturer of economical, easy to use semiautomatic, round product labelers for both pressure sensitive labels and plain paper labels.
Advent labelers are proven performers in many industries including food, beverage,
chemical, paint and cosmetic, labeling millions of containers every year for both large and
small companies. There are two series of labelers: the Advent 200 series is designed to
glue plain paper labels (stack) onto a round container with a unique and patented skip glue
pattern, while the 300 series of labelers are suited for pressure sensitive labels (roll). Both
series of labelers apply spot or wraparound labels to metal, plastic, glass, fiber or other
materials. Adjustable for round containers measuring 1⁄2 inch to 12 inches in diameter, an
Advent labeler can label up to 2100 containers per hour without the complications or
maintenance of air, sensors and PLCs. Advent labelers are
straighforward, easy to adjust and maintain labelers that have
been built in the USA since 1988. All Advent labelers are

Chart, Inc.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Chart Inc. has been mastering liquid nitrogen dosing for over 45
years. Chart’s dosing systems are used in both pressurization and
inerting (N2 flush) applications. As new packaging technology and
products evolve, so has a demand for refined dosing results. Chart
has met the challenge with innovation, strategic partnerships and
detailed application analysis.
PRODUCTS
Chart has a complete line of liquid nitrogen dosing systems to
automate and control the introduction of liquid nitrogen. For
inerting applications, a very small dose of liquid nitrogen is dosed
into the filled bottle. One part of liquid nitrogen warms and turns
into 700 parts of gas, displacing O2 from the headspace. By
introducing liquid nitrogen into the bottle after filling, wine makers reduce headspace O2
content by more than 70 percent. Typical results are 2.0 - 2.5 percent O2. Less headspace O2
results in a significant reduction of dissolved O2 pickup.

NEW LINEAR LABELING SYSTEMS AT A GLANCE
Recently PAGO successfully introduced a new generation of linear labeling systems. Extreme
modularity and flexibility to handle individual labeling solutions are typical features of this
new innovative concept. The requirements placed on labeling systems differ from industry to
industry and individual needs are becoming increasingly specific. Configuration possibilities
of traditional labeling systems are often limited. That’s why PAGO developed its linear
labeling systems on a completely new concept with the focus on modularity, flexibility,
userfriendly handling, sanitary design and safety.
