Zumba kids classes are designed to combine movement, music and
community in a class for children. The classes are rockin’ high energy
dance parties packed with specially choreographed kid friendly routines,
and music kids will love including hip hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more!
Zumba Kids classes inspire kids to express themselves through movement and play while effectively improving their overall health and wellbeing. Kids love it because it’s on the cutting edge and fun, and parents
love it for the effect it has on kids—increasing their focus and selfconfidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. Children
will receive a “passport” at their first class and earn stamps by exploring
the world through “visiting” a different country and learning a related
dance routine each week. We will also perform an activity or craft
related to each weekly theme.

SPEED, AGILITY & QUICKNESS
CAMP
AGES 6-14
The Speed, Agility and Quickness program is offered to any athlete
with the desire to improve their linear, lateral and vertical movements. One of the most obvious assets for all athletes in a specialized sport is the ability to run or move fast. Running is a learned
skill just like throwing, catching, kicking, hitting, or shooting a ball.
Since running is a learned skill, it can be practiced and improved.
Everyone can improve speed and dynamic athleticism through
SPARQ Training. If you want to get more out of your game, no
matter what the game is, our program is for you!

ZUMBA® / PILATES / YOGA BY STARZ
UNLIMITED WEEKLY CLASSES
YOGA
The definition of insanity, according to Albert Einstein, is doing the same
thing over and over again and expecting different results. If you are just
looking to maintain your current fitness level, you can’t do it with the
same old routine. Your body becomes efficient at your chosen exercise
routine when it is repeated over and over. Your muscle memory decreases the amount of effort necessary and expanded, thus decreasing
your calorie burn. You must switch up your exercises by adding something new and/or cranking up the intensity. That’s why STARZ Fitness
has now added a variety of amazing workouts every morning and evening of the week for our unlimited RockSTARZ client! Attend any
STARZ classes listed in this box during the session for one LOW price.
A wonderful opportunity to provide your body/mind a variety of
workout choices. Class will not meet on May 30.
