She warmly invites students on a sacred journey through her unique expressions of the Vinyasa flow that is both dreamy and lively while also being smart and intentional. Andrea has studied with Janet Stone, Jason Crandell, Jasmine Tarkeshi and Jai Uttal, and she connects an ever-growing well of experience to inspire bodies to move and minds to still. Her recent adventure through India has inspired her love of ritual and the sacredness in each moment. Julia is a CTI-trained life coach and seasoned trip leader. A travel industry veteran since 2003, she has led trips for Backroads, the leading bike touring company, managed marketing for Mountain Travel Sobek, and runs a coaching program at Airbnb. Julia is passionate about designing unique transformational experiences both in travel and in coaching clients to lead rich, fulfilling lives. She’s travelled in over 30 countries, and speaks Portuguese, French and Spanish. * Our service projects are custom designed for each departure based on current needs and mapped to the expertise and interest of our participants.
