The Global Distribution System is an online booking system that acts as an intermediary between buyers (travel agencies in particular) and providers (hotels, airlines, car rental companies, etc.) in the tourism and business travel market. It books a resource or a service for a person or a group in real time . In our markets, the used GDS are: OUR DISTRIBUTION TOOLS • Amadeus • Galileo • Sabre ITS STRONG POINTS • Access to the complete national and international SNCF offer in real time. Also facility to book domestic journeys in Europe ; • conditional access to RIT rates; • conditional access to Corpo rates; • bookings possible up to 1 h before departure. A fully booked train is no longer displayed on the availability screen; • group bookings from 10 to 24 pax. Possible up to 60 pax, with accreditation. Web Booking Tools are Internet solutions that allow online travel agencies to present the Voyages-sncf rail offer to their customers. This offer is complementary to other existing offers in other tourism sectors - hotels, airlines, etc. -, and thus enables online travel agencies to present a complete offer to their customers. 1 2 3 Destined for clients wishing minimum integration on their site, with no specific needs in terms of functionality. This offer provides a booking tool to an online agency for the sale of rail products. The site has the agency’s colours but cannot be adapted to specific needs. Destined for agencies wishing to integrate the rail offer in a complex professional system such as Dynamic Packaging.
