• Elizabethtown and Ferrum have never played one another until today. The Jays are
5-4 against non-conference opponents this season.
• E-town picked up a big road win this past Saturday at Juniata. Going into that
game, the Eagles were 3-0 in the Landmark. The Blue Jays shut out Juniata 1-0 to
pull even with JC in the standings in a tie for second place.

• Ferrum broke into the win column on Sept. 4 at Sweet Briar. The Panthers received
goals from Courtney Hamm and Kasey Sheets to win 2-1. Goalie Courtney Gosslin
made 11 saves in the victory.
