PJSC «NKMZ» Mining, press-and-forging equipment production division is able to offer the Customer the taphole
ramming machines with electromechanical drive:
Taphole ramming machine with hydraulic drive is intended for taphole ramming after melting products tapping.

The machine includes the following mechanisms:
Taphole ramming machine is intended for blast furnace
(BF) taphole ramming with refractory mixture and is
installed on the casting yard.

Taphole ramming machine consists of:
gun;
hold-down device;
swiveling device;
pressing mechanism;
foundation plate;
operating rod (only for 2 - 0,25);
lever (only for 2 - 0,25);
stand;
lubrication system.
Machine performs the following operations:
approach of working cylinder with taphole clay to the
taphole;
hold-down of working cylinder lip to the taphole;
extrusion of taphole clay to the taphole;
withdrawal from the taphole.
pressing mechanism (the gun);
cantilever with swiveling device, functioning as hold-down device;
stand with swivel support;
lever with lever system;
length adjustable operation rod;
damper;
foundation plate.
