Premium Security Solutions
Keyed Alike / Keyed Different
Taymor offers Keyed Alike systems that allow all locks in a building to open with one key. This is a popular
solution for single-family homes. Conversely, for multi-unit buildings, Keyed Different systems ensure no two
units are unlocked by the same key.
Construction Keying
Construction Keying lets builders use a special key while construction is underway. When construction is
completed, the first use of the homeowner’s key disables construction keys permanently. This system can
be employed in multiple steps and will allow access to move seamlessly from the construction crew, to the
realtor, to the homeowner. No tools are required for the transitions, and clearly colour-coded keys ensure the
system’s steps are kept in order for maximum convenience and security.

Master Keying
Master Keying permanently grants multiple levels of access to buildings by setting up locks to work with
different keys. Master Keying systems are set up similar to levels of authority in an organization. Taymor
offers these systems at various levels of complexity, allowing multiple levels of master key hierarchy. These
mathematically optimized systems permit targeted access to suites and common areas within one building, or
even multiple buildings for tenants, maintenance and management staff as well as first responders.

PREMIER SERIES LIMITED WARRANTY
LIFETIME MECHANICAL AND FINISH WARRANTY
This product is warranted to be free from finish, mechanical and workmanship defects for the life of the
product. Taymor Industries USA Inc. will replace any Taymor Premier series lock which fails to meet
this warranty.
Any finish deterioration occurring from use of paints, solvents or other chemicals is not a defect and
therefore is not covered by this warranty. Taymor Industries USA Inc. is not liable for incidental or
consequential damages.
To claim: Return the product with proof of purchase information to the Taymor dealer from which the
product was purchased.

Our locksets are polished and then protected with a coating to help prevent tarnishing. This
protective coating has limitations and in time may deteriorate from handling, cleaning or exposure
to atmospheric conditions such as extreme climate, pollution and proximity to salt water, humidity
and ultraviolet rays. Eventual tarnishing is, therefore, not a defect, but a normal process which is
unavoidable. With proper care, these products will last a long time.
MAINTENANCE
Proper care and maintenance will delay deterioration. Wash and clean only with water and polish with
a soft, clean cloth.
BUILDERS SERIES LIMITED WARRANTY
25 YEAR MECHANICAL AND 5 YEAR FINISH WARRANTY

TERMS
All invoices are due Net 30 days from date of invoice. Past due accounts are subject to service charge of 2% per month.
CREDIT APPROVAL
Acceptance of all orders is subject to approval of Taymor Industries USA Inc. Credit approval must be obtained before order is placed. Contact
your sales representative.
FREIGHT
• Taymor Warehouse orders are prepaid as per the following grid.
PREPAID FREIGHT ON ORDERS
$500 or more for destinations in the continental USA
$750 or more for Hawaii and Alaska
• Warehouse orders under $500 are FOB Taymor warehouse. Unless the method of transportation is specified at the time of order,
we will use the most cost effective carrier available. Orders will be shipped prepaid with freight added to invoice.
• Container Direct orders are not applicable to the above. All freight specifics for Container Direct will be detailed at the time of order.
MINIMUM ORDER
Orders under $50 total value will be subject to an additional $10 service charge for packing and invoicing.
BACK ORDERS
Back orders will be shipped prepaid. If back orders are not desired, specify on your original order.
SHORTAGES AND OTHER IRREGULARITIES
Unless Taymor is notified within 5 days of receipt of shipment of any shortages or irregularities regarding quantities shipped, terms
or conditions of sale, it will be assumed that the customer has accepted the order as shipped and invoiced. Customer must initiate
and file a claim with the carrier for missing or damaged goods, as the carrier is responsible once they sign the bill of lading.
Please note any discrepancies on the carrier’s delivery slip before accepting shipment and request an inspection by the carrier.
WARRANTY
Taymor products are warranted against defect in materials and workmanship for one full year from date of purchase from Taymor,
unless otherwise specified. This warranty does not cover any consequential damages or defects caused by misuse, alteration or
accidental damage. Warranty does not include any labor costs.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY
• Taymor considers all sales final.
• All returns require prior authorization. Please contact Customer Service for Returned Goods Agreement (RGA) number.
• Please include RGA # in each box returned complete with: item #, description, quantity, condition of goods and freight responsibility.
All documentation including packing slips, waybills and claims must prominently state the RGA #.
• All unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge, if accepted by Taymor. Contact your Sales Representative for further
information.
• All returned goods must be in saleable condition. Products/Goods returned in shop worn or severely damaged condition and/or missing
parts will not be accepted. Please contact your Taymor Sales Representative for inspection and resolution prior to returning.
• Products that have been purchased over 12 months prior to a return are subject to review by the Taymor Sales Representative prior to
shipping to Taymor.
• Discontinued and special order items cannot be returned.
• Return transportation must be prepaid by the customer.
• All credits will be issued at the invoiced price at the time of original purchase.
AUTHORITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms mentioned herein are the only ones Taymor Industries will honor. Any exceptions must be approved and confirmed by an officer
of Taymor Industries USA Inc. TERMS AND CONDITIONS of buyer’s purchase orders will not be honored unless an agreement is reached
in writing beforehand. Taymor Industries has the right to refuse credit to anyone, and has the right to refuse to fulfill any orders. No
representations, arrangements or agreements not appearing on the order shall be binding to Taymor Industries USA Inc.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions are subject to corrections. Merchandise will be shipped at
prices in effect at time of receipt of order. All prices are exclusive of taxes that may apply.
