A Newsletter from Cleveland Heights Teachers Credit Union, Inc. A 5-star rated credit union by BauerFinancial, Inc. September 2016 Our Loan Has You Covered for Back-To-School Expenses! Heading back to school can get expensive! Whether you’re sending the little ones to grade school or the bigger ones off to college, the shopping list keeps getting longer every year. Cleveland Heights Teachers CU wants to help you cover the bill for those clothes, shoes, laptops, books, tablets, and fees. For a limited time, you can borrow up to $1,500 for 9 months at a super-low rate of 7.00% APR*. Don’t wait too long though – this offer expires on October 31, 2016. *Annual Percentage Rate. Sample monthly payment for a $1,500 loan for 9 months at 7.00% APR would be $171.54. This offer expires October 31, 2016. All loans are subject to credit approval. All rates and promotions are subject to change without notice. Time to Refinance Your Vehicle Loan? Now that summer is winding down, it’s time to get organized for the coming season – and a great way to do this is by refinancing high-interest loans. If you have a vehicle loan from another financial institution, chances are Cleveland Heights Teachers Credit Union can save you money. We’ve saved members hundreds of dollars in interest payments by refinancing their vehicle (car, truck, motorcycle, SUV). What’s even better, if you refinance before January 31, 2017, you won’t have to make a loan payment for 2 months! Stop in or give us a call, and see how much you can save. Finance charges will begin accruing on the unpaid balance on a daily basis at the annual percentage rate stated on the promissory note. This means that this deferral of scheduled payments will result in paying higher total finance charges and possibly a higher total number of payments than if payments were made as originally scheduled. The first payment will include the finance charges accrued during the deferment period. All rates and promotions are subject to change or end at any time without notice. BIRTHDAY LOANS! $1,000 6.50% APR* 12 months *Annual Percentage Rate. Sample monthly payments for a $1,000 loan at 6.50% APR for a term of 12 months would be $86.28. Credit reports will not determine interest rate but will be used for debt ratio, to determine current bankruptcy or garnishment and to establish loan limits. You will not be approved if within the last year, your name appears on our delinquency list or you’ve had a past uncollectible loan with us. All rates and promotions are subject to change without notice. Coming Soon! CHTCU will soon offer VISA® credit cards and VISA® gift cards just in time for the holidays! Watch our website for updates!
