Swing Gate Toeboard Adapter
The Excel Toeboard Adaptor for Swing Gates fits all existing swinging safety gates and
allows for protection of equipment falling and debris from the scaffolding. The Gates are
attached to the bottom of the swing gate; allow opening and closing of the gates while
still maintaining a safe work environment. The gates simply are hung over the existing
gate and held in place by two bolts.

Excel Ladder Cages are comprised of three components, Hoops,
¾ Hoops and Ladder Cage Braces (4’ and 2’ Long). The Hoops
are used to connect the Braces, while the ¾ Hoops are used at
the point of access onto the scaffold decks. Connection between
the Hoops and braces is done by way of bolts and wing-nuts for
ease of installation. Cages are designed to be in compliance with
OSHA 1910.27 (d) (1), and come in both regular and snow ladder
configurations.

Excel Snow Ladders have modified rungs to provide a greater non-slip tread while working in
icy and new construction environments to minimize slip hazards. The ladders are attached
using special brackets (SLB1) and are not compatible with (LB2) or (LB3) brackets. This
has been done to prevent the mixing of ladders and causing an unsafe environment.

Skid Pans when properly used are a quick, safe and economical way to raise and lower equipment
when a crane or other lifting devices are available on site. The Skid Pans are suspended by way of
cables and shackles, and are to be inspected in accordance with the Excel Technical Manual. Skid Pans
