In order to obtain an excellent in-the-cup quality, the M39 HD is
equipped with a system which allows personalizing and correcting
the extraction water pressure profile for each delivery button
according to the coffee blend and the desired beverage.
Exclusive thermal system based on a 10 liter boiler, with two
traditional Cimbali heat exchangers in series, independent coffee
boilers each one with a capacity of 400 cc and a 800 Watt resistor.
Water for the coffee is preheated in the heat exchangers, evenly
distributed to the coffee boilers, where it is brought to the desired
infusion temperature.
Equipped with Cimbali’s patented Smart Boiler technology, which
significantly boosts steam and hot water capacity (+ 30%).
1 standard steam wand and 1 Cimbali’s patented Turbosteam
for milk frothing and heating without manual intervention.

Characteristics
Turbosteam Milk4
Further to deliver steam mixed with air, the new
Turbosteam Milk4 allows the barista to obtain
automatically and with the same milk dose 4
different quantities of frothed cream: non frothed hot
milk, light cream, standard cream, a lot of cream –
cappuccino style.
Thermodrive
The Thermodrive is a system for adjusting the
thermal balance making it possible to set the
infusion temperature to accommodate the different
blends used on the requested drinks. It was
designed to offer the necessary flexibility whilst
keeping the steam constant and hot water
performance level.
E65 FEME
Advanced electronics
M39TE presents new and advanced electronics for
improved performance and efficiency. The new
technology allows the management of additional
optional systems, among which are Wi-Fi and
Bluetooth connectivity.
Bluetooth
The combination of the M39TE with the Magnum on
Demand Touch
grinder-doser
and
wireless
technology ensures the perfect coffee grinding.
Thanks to Bluetooth technology, the grinder-doser is
constantly communicating with M39TE in order to
ensure the correct extraction by making automatic
modifications to the grinding and dose without the
need of an operator. This technology guarantees a
perfect espresso coffee.
USB
The presence of a USB port makes it possible to
use a USB key to download data, recipe
configuration and the ability to update the
machine’s software.

Energy waste reduction
M39TE Dosatron can guarantee daily energy savings
of 23% compared to a similar model.
*According to DIN 10531 parameters DIN 18873-2.
Thermal improvement
The M39TE DOSATRON version is fitted with a
boiler covered by a special material with a high
coibentation co-efficient to reduce the thermal
dispersion. This requires less energy to be
reintroduced in the water to be heated in the boiler
and a lower wear of the boiler, resistances, etc.
Energy saving
Using the ENERGY SAVING MODE the pressure in
the boiler is lowered while the machine sits at rest for
a significant period of time: the barista can activate
this function manually by pressing the OK button for 3
seconds. He only needs to then press any key, and in
just 60-90 seconds the machine will be ready for use
again. Thanks to the ENERGY SAVING NOTTURNA
(night) mode, the machine does not fully switch itself
off.
The resistance remains active to keep the
pressure in the boiler on a value of 0.2 bars. Also in
this case, it is possible to go back to the machine
working mode in 1-2 minutes (this value varies
depending on the set pressure to be reached).

2.45GHz technology, ensures a constant dialogue with the M39 coffee machine equipped with
the Bluetooth module standard supplied with the grinder-doser (apart from HD models). The
system checks that the extraction is correct, and automatically makes any necessary
corrections to the grinding and dose in order to guarantee the optimum quality of the coffee
served.

Liquid decalcifier purposely designed to clean machines treated with Ruveco Teck.
In 2010, Cimbali started applying the Ruveco Teck treatment to the metal parts that are in
direct contact with water and steam, to prevent any possible release of heavy metals that
could harm people's health.
The use of aggressive decalcifying products could damage the Ruveco Teck coating and
make it ineffective. It is therefore important to use a specific decalcifier that cannot harm
this coating.

A patented boiler management system, which
significantly boosts steam and hot water capacity,

Turbosteam
Turbosteam is a steam wand characterised by a
patented system which supplies steam mixed with air
in order to allow the heating or frothing of high
volumes of milk without manual intervention. Thanks
to a sensor, the supply interrupts automatically when

result is a perfectly frothed milk with consistently
dense and velvety cream.
