PENINGKATAN KESADARAN PUBLIK Melaksanakan seminar/workshop, penayangan iklan tentang penghematan energi di koran dan media elektronik, brosur, buletin dll Melaksanakan Lomba Hemat Energi tingkat nasional dan berpartisipasi pada ASEAN Energy Award for building and energy management Melaksanakan Home and School Energy Champion dan Program Sosialisasi Hemat Energi di Lingkungan Sekolah Dasar PROGRAM KONSV. ENERGI Energi di Industri dengan pendampingan tenaga ahli nasional.; Penerapan kewajiban pelaksanaan manajemen energi bagi perusahaan lebih besar sama dengan 6.000 TOE/tahun. PENGEMBANGAN PJU HEMAT ENERGI Pengembangan PJU Cerdas pada 22 Kota yang terpilih.
