2007 PERFORMANCE MEASURE BY EMPLOYEE
In 2007, we have exceeded our target of 45 training hours and recorded 58.59 training hours per
employee (approx. 7 days)
The CLC benchmark for the Asia region is 44 hours. Maybank Malaysia sets a target of 6 training days
(48 hours). OCBC Malaysia sets a target of 5 training days (40 hours).
This increase in average training hours was achieved via: (refer to Performance by College slide)
