FINDING YOUR WAY AROUND - Use the Kobey’s Shopper to help find what
you’re looking for or check at the seller’s trailer at the main gate.
BE AN INFORMED SHOPPER - You’ll recognize bargains if you know what
things cost in retail stores.
BRING CASH - Many new merchandise vendors will take checks or credit cards,
but most sellers are cash & carry. (Kobey’s has ATMs on site.)
SHOP RUMMAGE SALES EARLY - By arriving early you may be the one who gets
to that hidden treasure first.
WHEN TO HAGGLE OR NOT - Most garage sellers will probably come down a
little on price, but new merchandise sellers may stick with the posted price.
You can ask.
PLAN AHEAD IF YOU’RE BUYING A LARGER ITEM - Most Kobey’s sellers don’t
deliver, though some may have a warehouse where you can pick items up
later. Ask before purchasing.
WEAR THE RIGHT CLOTHES - Comfortable clothing, a hat, sunscreen and walking shoes are a must when shopping Kobey’s rows of bargains.
CHECK ELECTRICAL ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING - There are outlets you may use to
check electrical items near Kobey’s trailers at the main entrance.
REFUNDS - Vendors are required to post their return policy. If you have trouble
with a return, contact Kobey’s management at the main entrance. Used merchandise is usually sold as is.
