pregnant women and those with a special diet". The table of contents is at the back of the book. The book
starts out with soups. Then the authors move on to Persian thick soups , called Aush, Next is a big section on
meat stew soup or Abgusht. This is followed by another specialty soup variety called Ashkanah's. Next, we
move on to stews that are rice companion dishes and are called Khooresh. Then there are European style
