Let us do the work while you take advantage of our Full Service program & pricing. We will collect your order form data,
process your orders, package, and send your order ready for delivery, or even mail it to each athlete’s home. Enclosed
you will find products, packages & services available when using DDLab’s Full Service program. The below pricing is also
valid for ROES orders and orders placed with DDLab’s Data Entry Software, CuDA.

About Our Lab
Customer Service
DDLab is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard time. We observe all major holidays and are
closed on weekends. All of our customers are assigned a sales representative to help with marketing, sales, support
and lab submission procedures. Our sales representatives are experienced in the volume photography industry and
will be happy to answer any questions you may have along the way.
TURNAROUND TIMES (2pm EST cut off time):
Portrait: 1 day
Counter Customers/ROES: 3 days
Full Service Sports/School: 5 day
Our peak season is April-June and September-November. Turnaround times are typically extended 1-2 days during
peak season.
Rush Orders
DDLab makes every effort to accomodate all rush orders, however due to seasonal schedules, we may not always be
able to rush an order. Please contact customer service when requesting a rush. The following fee schedule applies to
all rush jobs:
orders up to $25 =100% rush fee
orders $25-$100 = 50% rush fee
orders over $100 = 25% rush fee
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards. We accept personal or company checks, and money orders. Additionally, you can
authorize direct withdrawl from your bank account. All orders are required to be paid in full prior to being shipped.
Florida Sales Tax
All Florida accounts are required by law to complete a tax exempt form and return it to us if you qualify for tax exempt
status prior to placing an order. If we do not receive your form before an order is placed, you will be responsible to pay
sales tax on that order. We cannot refund sales tax.
Minimum Orders
All orders placed at DDLab are subject to a $10.00 minimum order fee. If the product in your order does not reach the
minimum of $5.00, the order total will automatically be increased to $5.00 upon invoicing.
Cancelling an Order
We realize that occasionally you may have to change or cancel an order that is already in production. Any order that
is not already printed can be changed or cancelled without additional costs to you. Because of our quick turnaround
times, please contact us as soon as you place the order to receive the best results. This is only possible during
customer service hours.
Inbound Shipping
If you choose to use our Full Service Option and mail us your order envelopes, we suggest USPS Flat Rate Priority
shipping to save on cost. Additional methods may be available to you based on volume, please contact your sales
representative for details.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged shipment, please take a photograph of the package and immediately email it to customer.
service@ddlab.net along with your account information and order ID. We will work quickly and efficiently in replacing
your order at no additional cost to you. Please do not dispose of the damaged shipment, as we may require you to
return the package for a refund.

Shipping Information
UPS is our preferred carrier for all packages over 9 pounds (or as you specify) for both ground and expedited
shipments. Below is a map of transit times from our facility to your locations.
UPS offers a service called UPS My Choice. This allows you to receive text and/or email notifications when packages are
set to be delivered, or if there is a delay in the shipping process. Our customers find this service extremely useful and we
strongly suggest signing up, it’s FREE! Click here to get started.
For Mail to Home orders, and most of our drop ship USPS orders that will fit into a catalog mailer, we utilize UPS Mail
Innovations. UPS Mail Innovations allows us to ship your orders faster and for a lower cost.
UPS Mail Innovations is a joint venture between UPS and the USPS where packages are picked up from us by UPS and
delivered to you by the USPS.
UPS Mail Innovations shipments are first picked up at DDLab by UPS. The package is then handed off to your local USPS
hub where they sort and process the package. The USPS will then deliver the package directly to the end customer.
For Mail to Home or drop ship USPS orders larger than an envelope, we utilize UPS SurePost. UPS SurePost is an economy,
residential, ground service. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final
delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service. The transit & delivery times are the same as UPS Mail Innovations.

Software
DDLab has numerous ways you can send us an order. Below is a brief overview on how DDLab can streamline your
production workflow and easily get orders to us.
ROES
ROES is the most widely used software for lab submissions. It allows you to drag and drop your images to our
extensive variety of templates and products. You can add your text, crop, zoom in/out and rotate your images all
within the ROES software. What you see on your screen is what will print, for the most part. Some fonts will not
display if they are not installed on your computer, as well as special effects like strokes & drop shadows, but be
assured the effects and correct fonts will be on the final print.
CuDA
CuDA is DDLab’s state-of-the-art ordering software designed specifically for the volume sports photographer. Below
are some features of CuDA.
• CuDA is web based. You can use it anywhere you have .an internet connection. Every time we make an update
you will instantly view the update. It also means that our software will work on any platform (Windows, Apple,
Linux).
• CuDA accesses our internal databases, live. This means that as you enter an order, it’s creating a database
internally. If your computer crashes, the information will still be there when you come back.
• CuDA allows you to order the same package for every order, with one click. The Job Details screen enables you
to quickly add a fundraiser or league-buy to your entire order almost instantly.
• CuDA enables you to crop your images using a fixed 5×7 ratio if you choose to crop the job yourself, or we can
do it for you as part of our normal full service processing. Both options are free.
• CuDA allows you to add multiple images to one single order. This is a great feature when offering buddy
photos or coach & son/daughter photos along with the individual photographs.
School Days
We also accept School Days + orders. There is a special submission form just for Schools on our website which has all
of the packaging options. School Days orders receive discount unit pricing of $1.05 per 8x10.
PhotoEventPlus
We are a distributor for PhotoEventPlus, which is an online storefront with the most expansive marketing actions out
there designed to drive traffic to your website and collect sales. Sign up for a free 30 day trial on our website.
ImageQuix
We are a participating ImageQuix lab. ImageQuix Publisher software allows you to upload galleries right from your
PhotoLynx software, or upload data and images and assign individual galleries passwords for customers to privately
access. ImaqeQuix is an online storefront designed with the volume school photographer in mind.

Full Service Sports
Streamline your youth sports photography workflow by using DDLab’s full service program. Leave the order
processing up to DDLab. Just select your images and copy the files into one folder on to a CD (or use our FTP
uploader). Box up the order envelopes with the CD and send it to us. Complete a submission form online and we take
care of the rest.
Your order forms are scanned and all necessary information is data entered. You will get back a .CSV file with all the
information, including a copy of the scanned envelope (this is placed in your downloads folder). If your customer has a
question, you can easily find the information and review the original order if needed.
With this workflow, we use the original order envelope to package each order, or your choice of a mailing envelope or
window envelope. For league delivery orders, we bundle by team and label everything, so it’s ready for delivery. For mailto-home orders, we mail (USPS) each order to the parent’s address on the order form.
We do need for you to use a DDLab approved order form to use our full service workflow. We will help you create your
order form. If you are interested in our full service and already have your order forms printed, we will need a copy of the
order form for review. Our design department may adapt it our format, if needed.
Team Slate Envelopes can be sent to you at no additional charge if you decide to use us full service.
Reorders are online, simply access the job on our website and pull up the individual’s order. You will see the order details,
images, and scanned order form all in one place. Simply order by your normal code and submit. You can also correct any
mistakes and reprint from the reorder system.
