Kleine Stokstraat Vrijthof square This musical square is home to a variety of events, including André Rieu’s open-air concerts. Vrijthof “Zaate Herremeniekes” statue by Han van Weteringen Each year during Carnival, the many zaate herremeniekes (tipsy brass bands) of Maastricht can be heard in the streets.
