the six-part, NEH-supported 2013 documentary film, Latino
Americans, the award-winning series that chronicles Latinos in

Latino Americans: 500 Years of History, created by the National Endowment
for the Humanities and the American Library Association, is part of an NEH
initiative, The Common Good: The Humanities in the Public Square.
Join us for the kick-off with Isabel Cordova, PhD
Associate Professor of History and Political Science,
Nazareth College. Dr. Cordova will lead a screening and
discussion of Foreigners in their Own Land, episode 1,
of the PBS documentary film series, Latino Americans.
