static ads, scrolling multi-page units and video ads
• PDF FORMAT: Advertisers are encouraged to submit a high quality PDF at
least 264 ppi with fonts embedded
• PREFERRED APPLICATIONS: Ad layouts should be created using Adobe
InDesign. Provide all supporting graphics and fonts with file
• PHOTO ELEMENTS: At least 264 ppi
• FONTS: When submitting file, include screen and fonts. For illustrations, it
is recommended to convert text to outline, however outline text should be
created in black channel only
• LETTERING: Minimum suggest font size 8pt
• VIDEO: For Video ads, MP4 files must be provided

created for the tablet.
Tablet Specific Production Guidelines for Static Ad,
Slideshow Ad, Video Ad, and Scrolling Ad:
• PORTRAIT VIEW: 1536 pixels wide x 2048 pixels deep.
• RESOLUTION: 264 ppi
• COLOR: RGB
• IMAGE FORMAT: JPG or PDF files preferred
• MINIMUM SUGGESTED FONT SIZE: 8pt
• FILE FORMAT such as InDesign native files with associated fonts and
graphics will be accepted
• PACKAGE FILE to ensure you have all the necessary files, including fonts,
use the InDesign “Package” feature. These files must be compressed into
zip files
• We accept high resolution PDF files with fonts embedded and JPG files
