Le Verdon, sports ground
It was in 1990 that Le Verdon received the label «Grand Site
de France» to become a protected site. A site rich in fauna
and flora, providing wonderful panoramas. Intoxicating
countryside where you can carry out, according to your
preferences, sporting activities such as canoeing, climbing,
canyoning, paragliding, and lots more expeditions.You can
also roam the paths marked out in the middle of nearly
178,000 hectares of wonders, hiking or on horseback. So,
enjoy a jaunt in the Nature Reserve and experience the
jewel of unspoiled nature which is displayed to you.

The campsite has direct access to the Lake
of Saint Laurent in the Verdon.
We provide you with an equipment rental
service so that you can carry out various
nautical activities without having to concern
yourself with the logistics.
You can therefore enjoy the countryside
which presents itself aboard a canoe, kayak,
a stand-up paddle or even a pedalo.
Discover the fabulous gorges including that of
Baudinard aboard one of our 7 electric boats.

We have put the well-being of families at the heart of our project:
A baby kit is provided for you free of charge for the comfort of your
children. There’s no need to bring the baby chair or bed, the campsite
supplies these for you! An end to the hell of car boots full of ignored
utensils and unnecessary equipment.
Activities adapted for children and teenagers of all ages are accessible, supervised by the campsite activity leaders. From painting to sport,
face-painting to team games, there is something for all tastes. Enough
to return home with lots of happy memories.
Huge recreation areas respecting the current standards for the smallest
children, with slides, swings, roundabouts and skateboard areas. Everything has soft flooring to limit bruising. For enjoyable moments between
parents and children.

empty wastewater or for the supply of drinking water.You can also make
all of the necessary checks to your vehicle.

For playing football, basketball or even volleyball, and even taking part
in tournaments which are organised here regularly. How about a little
bit of sport with the family?
If your little ones prefer the water, go to the campsite’s bathing area,

General opinion: perfect for young children. Swimming
pool and adapted water play features. Very pleasant
surroundings at the lakeside, mini-golf, nice restaurant...
In short, I recommend this place. After a week-end in a
tent in 2014 and a seek in a mobile home, I think we’ll
come back!
General opinionThe tranquillity, family welcome, the beauty
of the surroundings, the kindness of the staff. Everything
was perfect, it’s a place I would recommend and we will
go back there.
Opinion on the accommodation: two couples and one
young child. Lovely surprise, the folding bed is stored next
to the double bed.
Opinion on the accommodationIn a mobile home, it was
a first! Better than in a caravan and more enjoyable than
staying in an apartment. There was warmth and friendliness in the campsite, chatting with neighbours to liven
up everyday life. It’s a good way to spend your holidays.
