Congratulations on your student’s upcoming graduation! This is an important milestone
in your child’s life, one that you will remember for years. Because of this, MCS has
made arrangements to have Turville Photography capture the memories of this special
day for you. Please review the following information regarding the photography and
video options available to you for your student’s graduation.
Photography: Photographs will be taken at three different times on Graduation Day:
1) There will a posed photo of the entire graduating class taken at 9:00 AM in the
auditorium. Please arrive at 8:45 dressed in cap and gown so we can confirm
that everyone is ready to be posed by 9:00.
2) Turville Photography’s photographer will take photographs of your student
receiving his or her diploma during the graduation ceremony using a telephoto
lens. This photograph will be available for purchase using the Turville order form.
3) Formal portraits of your family and graduate in a studio setting will be available in
one of the rooms adjacent to the auditorium. Photographs will be taken by
appointment both before and after the graduation service. Please call Turville
Photography at 714-633-6980 to reserve your appointment time. If you do not
reserve a time you will be photographed only after those with appointments have
been photographed.
Video: A professional videographer will be on hand throughout the morning capturing
the excitement of the day. This video will show the journey through the day, starting
with arrivals and candid moments of preparation, then on to the ceremony itself and
ending with the congratulations and excitement following the ceremony. The final,
professionally edited story of the MCS 8th Grade graduation will be available on DVD.
