Location
The land is situated fairly centrally within the loose knit settlement of Hill Houses,
approximately 4 miles north-west of Cleobury Mortimer. Hill Houses forms part of the
larger community cluster of Oreton, Farlow and Hill Houses which has the benefit of a
primary school, active village hall and a public house. This cluster has close connections
with the nearby town of Cleobury Mortimer where a variety of amenities can be found
including a doctor’s surgery, schools, convenience stores shops and a post office.
Directions
From the centre of Cleobury Mortimer head east on the A4117 towards Ludlow. After
approximately 3.5 miles, upon reaching the village of Doddington, take the right hand
turn as the A4117 sweeps round to the left, signposted for Crumpsbrook, Farlow and
Oreton. Continue to follow this road for approximately 1.7 miles, passing over the cattle
grids. Upon reaching the village of Hill Houses take the left hand turn onto the Byway
Open to All Traffic which will be identified by a Nock Deighton Way Marker. The land can
then be found on the left hand side as identified by our for sale board.
