Neighborhood Advisory Board Communicating with the Neighbors of Westfield State University You are cordially invited to attend the annual Ely Library Announcement Ely Library is pleased to announce that it is now providing limited borrowing privileges to Westfield Athenaeum library card holders. The Athenaeum has provided Westfield State students/faculty with borrowing privileges for years – including use of their children’s book collection. We are pleased to reciprocate in the spirit of shared resources that libraries are known for. Please note that this program is limited to Westfield Athenaeum members only.
